hotel was clean, good location, safe beds comfortable, room layout spacious nice city view, very nice staff...would stay again parking kitty-corner for $38 a night was not too bad compared to hotel rates

The bar staff were quick, friendly and professional, but my only caution is to not order the margaritas (or possibly any "specialty cocktail") haha! You'll forfeit $16 for a margarita worse than any dive bar or house party...we just laughed about it because the bar looked fairly classy.

The carpet in the room had a stain, the air conditioner was missing a panel. The ceiling above the shower had spots that looked like mold and there were other ceiling spots that looked like they were just plastered over to cover maybe mold and they didn’t even bother to sand down the plaster. It just looked like a quick fix. I didn’t feel clean or comfortable

The view was incredible!

Staff often seemed a little confused. Halfway through our stay our cards suddenly stopped working and so at around 10PM we had to spend time at the front desk getting new cards—very frustrating as we were tired. There were mistakes on our bill that they did correct.

Location and the quality of everything

The 3 bottles in the shower. Way too difficult to use. They are supposed to pump to get the product out. They are way too small and they do not pump. Embarrassing for a hotel of your quality. Fix it.

Everything was fine. I'm not a city person so, being downtown was kind of frustrating which isn't a dig against the hotel. To be honest everything would have been considered "great" if the hotel wasn't located in downtown Minneapolis.

When we were checking out the morning front desk person wasn't very nice. I also tried adding parking through the app and when we came in to the front desk it was never added. I'm also pretty sure that even though it wasn't added according to the lady at the front desk when we checked in, I was charged for it.
