Poor lighting in room .. electrical outlets in walls & lamp wouldnt support plugged devices well...toilet was loose from floor.. loose tile in bathroom floor..beds were very uncomfortable...

I liked that it was close to the beach.

I didnt like that 95% of the plugs in the room didnt work or were loose and wouldnt hold a plug in them. The beds had brown stains on the bottom of the sheets. The floor looked like someone poured chocolate syrup all over it , but I genuinely thought it was a bad design. I dont like that I am being charged for burn marks when I dont even smoke and everything was left the way it was when we came in aside from the beds being made up. It was an affordable option , and only intended to sleep and shower there which turned into a horrible experience and I would not recommend to anyone. I am a single mother of 2 who tried to give my girls a decent vacation and not hurt my financially but ended up being a disaster where I was scammed to pay for a carpet that was like tacky upon arrival. I didnt complain about none of these issues due to it being cheap and kind of expected and needed the room just for sleep. 1505 was a complete set up for my little family. If anyone who has stayed at Sun n Sand through Davids landing recently I would love to see your pictures. I am being placed at fault for something neither me or my kids did because o cant prove what the floor looked like because I didnt take pics of the floor

I loved the room! It was like a mini apartment! Once you entered you see the bedroom there was two beds and a TV. Then you see a door with a hallway through the kitchen and pass the bathroom. The kitchen had a stove, countertop, sink, and adult sized refrigerator! Then you open another door to a living room, table, another tv, couches and an excellent view of the ocean and balcony! There was even a pull out bed!

I really didn't have any complaints just two suggestions. One, invest in new towels and wash cloths because you can tell the ones that they had were very old. Second, the vent in the bathroom could be a little louder only because it's right across from the kitchen. Lol other than that there's really no complaints.

The location was nice, but thats about all.

The unit needs updating. Floor Tiles in the bathroom were broken, as were hooks. Everything looked old and icky. It got the job done, but I would not stay here again. The hotel itself was not good. Always smelt like weed in elevators and floors were always wet and dirty, never cleaned. The entire thing looked overall dingy. Also, we were told we would not be receiving maid services- which was fine. But we got back one night and noticed a few things were changed/replenished- meaning someone came in when we were told no one would. Very unsettling. The safe also didnt work.

¡Me encantó la habitación! ¡Era como un mini apartamento! Una vez que entras, ves el dormitorio que tenía dos camas y una televisión. Luego ves una puerta con un pasillo que conduce a la cocina y pasa por el baño. La cocina tenía una estufa, una encimera, un fregadero y un refrigerador de tamaño adulto. Luego abres otra puerta a una sala de estar, con mesa, otra televisión, sofás y una excelente vista del océano y un balcón. ¡Incluso había una cama desplegable!
