THE LIGHTING WAS NOT GOOD IN BATHROOM VERY DIFFICULT TO SEE WHEN APPLYING MAKEUP. ALSO, AS MENTIONED ABOVE TO ALTERNATE BREAKFAST OPTIONS WITH BACON AND GRAVY WOULD BE GREAT. SADLY, THE RESTAURANT WAS OUT OF THE 2 MENU ITEMS THAT WE WANTED TO ORDER BUT THESE THINGS CAN HAPPEN.

Everything was pristine and clean. The only thing I didn't like was the way that the parking garage was and how you couldn't get over. You had to go all through the lobby but it was great it was clean. It was beautiful

Me and my friend got stereotyped for stealing not once but twice because I was rolling a suitcase through the garage bringing it into the hotel and the guy proceeded to say do you stay here I said I sure do. He said oh what number and I said 601 I don't remember exactly what number it was now but he went in and asked the desk if I did and he come back out he's like up. My apologies man. A purse just got stolen out of here the other day and I was just making sure I said well if somebody try to steal this big old suitcase it'll be a hard time getting away. It's really f****** heavy. I mean I just didn't like that at all. It was really hurtful and they're judging people

Nice modern facility and very large rooms with nice full kitchen. They were also very accommodating to pets. I would say 1/3 to 1/2 of all guests staying here brought their pet.
I don't like the fact that the pool is basically underneath the building covered. Even the heated pool was cold but it would have been better if it was open to the Sun.

Tunia at the front desk was AMAZING. She welcomed my daughter and I with a huge smile and a warm hello. We were in town for college visits and chose to spend an extra day so we could have some beach time. While the weather wasn't great to us we enjoyed the time spent on the balcony overlooking the ocean and beach. Our room was HUGE and spacious. We greatly appreciated the space to spread out. Everything was clean and stocked. While we know the hotel was busy we heard absolutely no hotel noise in the halls at any time. The kitchen had all the essentials as well as the bathroom. We also loved that we were given passes to use the hotels beach towels- so helpful and appreciated. Breakfast had selections for everyone's taste and was well stocked. We truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

I loved everything about this hotel. The friendliness from the staff, the clean hotel and rooms, free parking, a gift when you arrive, hotel being on the beach, complimentary breakfast, bar and grill on site and the ocean view from the hotel. Amazing!
Yes, there were no restaurant around the hotel(s) so you would to drive to places. The staff was not able to recommend places to eat outside of the restaurant inside the hotel (so I could DoorDash/or Uber eat). The food truck was closed during our stay.

This time booking or hotel services online or me got our room wrong. I thought it was gonna be ocean front not a Sideview. We paid good money to stay here. Well they were willing to fix our room but we had to pay more. I didn't change rooms bc we already paid enough. Enjoyed that the hotel was on the beach. Every beachfront hotel that we have stayed at has a paved walkway to the beach - this one did not - which if you’re rolling anything to the beach makes it hard.
Put in a walkway from the hotel to the beach.

Pools were good
We chose this hotel for our honeymoon. It was pet friendly, but we were going to be charged for guests supposedly leaving early. Our puppies barked while we ate breakfast downstairs where they were not allowed.

Rude front desk and supervisor. Not clear on cleaning of rooms. Front desk Staff were dismissive and rude and retaliatory. Bar staff and food staff are excellent

The facilities and room were very clean and all the staff was exceptional. The room had a full kitchen (stove top, full size refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee pot, and was fully stocked with plates, bowls coffee cups and silverware. It also had cooking utensils (pots, pans, spatulas, etc., so if you want to cook something in your room and sit on the balcony watching the ocean, you are all set.
The full ocean view rooms have a fantastic view of the ocean and beach.
If I go back to Myrtle Beach, I will definitely stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott on S. Ocean Blvd.
