Great location with beautiful views.
We booked this property purposefully to use the rooftop bar during our stay. We checked many time to see that it was year round and open the hours we are staying. The website and hotel elevator shows the hours are daily, year round. But find out at our check in that only on Sundays and Mondays the rooftop bar is closed seasonally. Those are the two days we were staying. So we never could use it, it was falsely advertised and we would have booked elsewhere had we known. Very disappointed.

Had a little bit of an issue for parking since the parking garage thats partnered with the hotel can sometimes be full so we had to go around a few blocks before being able to go back and got lucky that a spot in the garage opened up. The shower door opens from the inside and the water seeps out so the floor gets soaked.

The location was good and the staff was nice and helpful. The manager Nate did everything he could to help out a situation that basically equated to us being stolen from by Hilton or one of Hilton's affiliates.
I booked a room in a hurry intended for April 7th. Apparently, but now I'm not so sure, I booked it for April 14th. It was pre-paid. I called to explain that I had an issue. I called the hotel and was transferred a couple of times. The person on the phone which I assumed had to be a Hilton rep said that she could change the reservation if I paid an extra $50.00. I agreed since I assumed it was my mistake. She then said that she couldn't do it because the hotel was full. I asked her if she was sure and she said yes. I immediately went online and booked the room for April 7th. I got to the hotel and explained to the manager Nate - he confirmed that there were plenty of rooms. He called Hilton services and we explained together that the rep on the phone had lied. Why though? How did that benefit her? So basically I ended up paying twice which is totally unfair. I was willing to pay the extra $50.00 figuring I made a mistake. But now I'm thinking this was just a total scam.

The location was great. Close to the subway and to most of the attractions in Manhattan.

The communication with the personnel about the parking cost was unclear. My initial impression was that the parking was included in the price. It was disappointing to learn at checkout that the parking price was not included.
The furniture in the cafeteria had several stains and it needs a good deep cleaning

Location was ok
I paid for the room with city view, but only view I got was a fire stairs of the next building. Also room was smaller than it should be. Housekeeping were coming in the early morning, while we were sleeping (approximately 8:30 am). Nobody needed to clean the room at this time, I’ve seen this first time in my life. Also Hotel doesn’t have socket adapter from EU to US.

Location of the property is the best thing I liked. All attractions are at walking distance, with good options for dining, lunch and breakfast.

Nice location, easy to access the subway.
There's no bathroom fan, so you have to leave the bathroom door open to take a hot shower. The stairs are not accessible (under maintenance I heard), so you need to wait for the elevator, which takes very long time.

The property is located in a good area about a 10/15min walk from time square. The two closest train stations where 3min and 8min away so very good walking distance if you have big luggage
The socket where I was changing my phone had water inside and it leaked into my charger and broke my charger and power bank, luckily didn’t get to my phone. When I told the problem to someone they just changed the socket to make it look like they solved the problem. It will be an ongoing problem as it’s the socket next to the air con so water will carry on to collect. I got no compensation for my damaged items which is funny because he also had to give a deposit of $100 for every night we stayed just incase we damaged something, and was also not informed that I had to give a deposit on top of also paying for the room before we even enter it. The windows don’t open and with the air con going and it being really hot outside the room is very humid but can be cold. I also purchased breakfast included which I wish I didn’t have. Breakfast isn’t the breakfast u except u get a choice of one pastry, some fruit tea and juice. Every day is the same. No change in fruit or pastry and you are only allowed one pastry per person. There are two main lifts and about 22 floors and at certain parts of the day getting up and down can take about 30 min and to make it worse from 4pm the use one lift only to get to the roof top so you will have a lot of people waiting to get to there room with just one lift. We also tried going onto the roof top to have a sit drink some coffee but every single table will be reserved and practically impossible to go there to chill like you would imagine.

The location was amazing for going out in New York. The air con was strong which was needed when we visited, and the rooms were comfortable with friendly staff.
The only thing that could have been better was the parking which was an external company and full when we arrived and we had to wait for a space to become available. Nonetheless we got a discount through the hotel

We stayed in a king room. You can't call that room a king room. If it is a king room, I can't even imagine the standard room. The rooms are very small, you can hardly move two people inside. Front desk staff. Except for the long-haired man who met us, none of them were friendly and even when we asked a question, one of them answered as if they were snapping at us. As if we are not customers and they are honoring us by giving us a room. That's not nice. You must have a friendly, soft attitude towards the customers, that's what the service sector requires. If you don't like your job, don't do it!

No parking . The parking garage the hotel uses is down the street for $50 a night and you can not go in and out . And It was “full”’ when we arrived to check in so we had to circle the block and come back in 2 hours smh.

I rang the reception to ask for another ‘breakfast tea’ pod for the coffee machine.
She was quite rude and told me that they didn’t provide them and that I had to come down to the onsite restaurant and purchase one.
When I tried to explain, that these were in the room, and that each day I was given them along with coffee pods, she wouldn’t listen to me properly and was extremely abrupt!
Maybe make sure the staff are aware of what they can provide to guest

The hotel's location provided good proximity to the High Line and other attractions. The rooftop bar was very a cool place for a pre-dinner drink, a great view and friendly staff.

Incredible location, very accommodating staff, clean modern rooms.
The room itself was very snug. Not a lot of room to move around when not in bed, which was okay because we didn’t spend much time in the room except for sleeping.
