The location was amazing, the staff available and always willing to help
The pictures where really misleading and the cleanliness wasn’t proper? Although they changed towels and making beds daily there were parts that you could tell they haven’t been cleaned for weeks - also the heater was doing its own things.. we were either cold or too hot
