We loved the location and the staff in the valet parking area were fantastic. Also the manager on duty at night was super responsive to our problem.
Staff during the day at check in did not understand what we were trying to say. We booked through booking.com and were supposed to have early check in and 75.00 on property credit. We did not get either one. We had to pay an extra 50.00 for early check in and they lost our luggage. It never came until almost midnight bc we called the manager on duty. Our cold medicine and milk went bad. We also were told the 75.00 on property credit went towards a 40.00 tax and we had 35.00 we could spend at the restaurant. The pictures are from our room. We paid the extra for a Times Square view. Thatโs the view we got.

I had a fabulous time staying at the Hilton Hotel Times Square! The location was absolutely perfect โ right in the heart of all the action, with stunning views of the city. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting New York City!

The location is great, staff were very friendly. We didn't have any trouble with the electronics in the room. The elevator worked the entire time we were there. Parking was $90 dollars a day, but that was added in the hotel info when we booked, so no surprise. The lobby was nice for hanging out. Wifi in the room is extra, but the lobby has free access. The store in the lobby is convenient but pricey. There's a Target across the street from the hotel. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at this hotel again. And just a suggestion after wandering the city, do not book at the Days inn near this hotel, I was so glad after we walked by. I almost booked there and was glad we didn't.
The cost for parking. The room is a little dated but efficient. Our housekeeper also entered the room after we declined services since we'd be staying more than a day and the room wasn't messy. It's not a big deal, but it made us feel less comfortable.

I really loved the location and the hotel lobby was quite comfortable and active. There were lots of spaces to meet and even wait after you checked out. The room was spacious and the view was great.
The hotel is in New York and they literally charge for everything like checking your bag and early check ins and late check out. I was surprised by that. Also...don't shop in the lobby store if you can help it...the prices are shockingly high. Another surprise.

When we arrived they had cancelled our booking. I selected pay on arrival when I booked but they tried to take the money weeks before we arrived, because the money wasnโt available in my account at the time my card rejected it and they just cancelled our booking but we werenโt made aware as it still showed as active in my booking.com account. Customer service agreed they shouldnโt have tried to take payment before but when we got to the hotel they said no this isnโt their policy and they always take payment before! We then had to re-book through the Hilton website and pay more money and then I had to spend ages on the phone to booking.com trying to make sure I didnโt get charged from them as well as it had gone past the free cancellation stage. After a whole day of travelling and being on crutches myself this was a big anti climax.

Only the lady in the receiption are was kind.
The room was dusty . We were in 33 th floor and outdoor windows are the dirtiest windows ฤฑ have ever seen. My was a little sick when we arrive but she couldnt sleep at night because dust in the room. So we changed our flight 2 days earlier but the hotel charged these 2 days. By the way in the reception area they told us that we will refund for the remining 2 days but after that they refused.

The lobby bar has been refreshed and is very nice for a drink and there is a small shop if needed
Rooms a little tired weโd booked a corner suite but due to us having our son and the need for the sofa bed it wasnโt quite the corner quite with windows looking out onto the lights of Times Square we were expecting.

Location and lobby.
Limited service, had to go to the concierge to get water. Coffee machine was wonky, ironing board was difficult to handle and assemble, the beds and pillows were uncomfortable.
