Amazing location, great price in comparison to alternatives in Manhattan. The apartment was clean overall. Really friendly personnel, that even offered to store our luggage free of charge.

We booked a room for 4 people and there was so little free space that we barely could move inside the room. Not a major drawback for a 1 night stay but may end up being frustrating for more than 1 night.

The hotel was spotless inside clean rooms and staff were lovely

Unfortunately outside was a public area and was full of homeless and drug users, it felt very intimidating even although there was security guards around

It was near everything which was good and no resort fees

The room wasn’t the cleanest the carpet was stained and all the drawers wore dusty and worn. The sheets had black dots on it. Outside the hotel is a public area so when your walking in and out of the hotel there are drunk people sitting outside and people smoking weed outside felt very dodgy

It was within walking distance of everything in Times Square. Was a 1 min walk from our parking garage.

The elevators can be slow, especially with the amount of guests

The staff is exceptional. I found them professional, attentive, accommodating, efficient and proficient. This extends to the security staff and dining workers. I have no issue with the people who work there and the service they provide.

The "curb appeal" is terrible. The homeless and vagrant population leading into the door entrance is very unappealing. They argued, slept and sprawled on the benches, smoked dope (legal in NY), and made for a very unsightly presence. Other hotels a few blocks down don't seem to have this problem. It needs to be rectified.

The location is great.

The public space out front attracts the wrong type of people you would like outside your hotel.

The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. I loved the view. The room was a place to cool down after being out, so it performed it's funtion.

I wish the shower head could move and the pillows were softer, but nothing else was a problem.

Lots of homeless people at night. No security guard outside past 12am. There’s a court yard with a ton of benches that you have to walk through before getting to the entrance of the property. The homeless people bother you at night and the security guard watched from inside. Very unsafe with the benches and no security outside for the courtyard area past 12am in Times Square.

Court yard with homeless people no security outside

It was clean and I felt safe inside and out

Only two breakfast per room when we had four people staying in our room. Also, they should’ve had a service elevator two elevators for 36 floors is really annoying.
