Staff and happy hour was very lively and fun. Staff very friendly fly and helpful. Great location. Could go around corner to Krispy Kreme in morning for coffee and donuts. Right across from Chicago.

We were on 4th floor and there was a pot hole that cars kept running over at night that made a loud noise. Always bring ear plugs.

The location was great. There was no breakfast included but the restaurant in hotel had breakfast. My room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Staff was friendly.

There was no coffee or te machine in room but booking said there was, had to ask for it and then did not get coffee, and no te kettle. Miss having a good breakfast included in the hotel.

This is the second time I've stayed at Time Hotel. Location is very central, beds are comfortable, staff are very friendly, and the bonus wine and cheese is a winner. I took my niece to New York to celebrate her 18th birthday – her room was massive, she was very happy. My (bill-payer!) room was quite small, and there is next to no natural light, so if I stayed in future, I would definitely ask to be moved as I did struggle with that. All-in-all, it's a solid choice for a very expensive city.

Natural light in my room, it wasn't even worth opening the blind. The cleaners did remove the special Harry Potter and other paper bags that my niece had been keeping (well away from the bin!) That was a bit of a shame.

Hotel (while still stylish) is a little banged up and in need of some refurbishing (leather on headboard scratched off in places, sink chipped etc..). Nothing tragic. But a little shabby.

The elevator takes forever, it does not looks like a 4 stars, don’t be fooled. No coffee machine or water boiler in the room, my room even didn’t have a safe, TV was old no Netflix no casting, just horrible TV cable No room service, in short .. not what they advertise

Location was perfect as it was only a few minutes walk from the Time Square, and l loved the view from my room which was on the 14th floor. Hotel staff were friendly, warm and welcoming at all times, particularly Eric (Concierge) and Anthony (Security) who made me feel like VIP. Complimentary wine and cheese from 5 - 6pm daily was a tasty bonus. Also a free bottle of water at the reception (daily) and a use of the hotel umbrella during the stay was a nice touch, too. The fun bit for me was to discover that TV was 'hidden' in a mirror. I loved the pillows!!! And the bed was comfortable too. I could not find any faults.

The room was very small. We had to ask for kettle and tea bags, no tea/coffee facilities in room. Headboard was worn, could see the foam, that needed replacing, the mat in the room was stained and worn. Room was cramped as there was very little storage, one small wardrobe no drawers or shelves at all. Minimal storage in bathroom. Silly light attached to ceiling got in the way of the wardrobe door and movement about the room. No kettle so couldn't make tea or coffee in the room. Charges for storing luggage after check out seemed petty considering the high room rates.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. Any small issues that came up were handled promptly and with a smile. We were warmly welcomed by Nilika who was cheerful, kind, helpful and she ensured that we were comfortable. Josh and the doorman deserve a special mention too as they helped us with our bags. . We were thrilled with the drinking water bottles that we could collect from the lobby. We enjoyed the wine and cheese hours too.

There was no space in the room and we felt cramped with our luggage. We missed the kettle too.

I stayed for 10 nights, and instead of improvement, the dust in the room increased daily. Additionally, the bed itself is unstable and shakes noticeably. More concerning, and for the first time in my life, I witnessed a staff member entering the passenger elevator carrying a large transparent bag containing bathroom and room trash. When I raised this issue with the staff member, his response was simply: “Take it easy.” This behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

We had a very short trip to NYC and I’m so glad we chose to stay at The Time New York! The location is great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I want to call out in particular Emilio, Anthony and Tonya (or Tanya, not sure) for their assistance. The rooms aren’t huge but for NYC I think the room size is fine. The bed was very comfy. Location! Without breaking the bank. Room was comfortable, we got there early and we're able to drop our luggage and enjoy Macy's parade in time
