The breakfast was to be included in the price of the hotel but we had to go elsewhere, due to the cook not showing up for work. We should be reimbursed for for services we did not get.

Not getting what we paid for, duck tape in the bathtub, lamps didn't work, black electrical tape on the lamp chords, floors were filthy, and gaps between the door. Oh yeah, and the electrical outlet didn't work. I did take pics of everything I've mentioned here. The black on the towel is due to wiping up water on the floor. It's obvious the floor doesn't get cleaned.

The location was good!

The room wasn't clean, we found socks under the beds, the shower curtain was dirty. The room smelled like sewer. It was not worth the money we paid.

Middle of the strip, able to walk to the Island and many places to eat near by. It is close to any and all of the local attractions. The check in only took a couple of minutes to complete and we were set to go.

The floors need to be cleaned a little better. The room we stayed in we have stayed in before. The door takes a special touch to get the door to lock.

Close to town.

Upon arrival I had no toilet tissue. Rooms were not cleaned or restocked daily. Had to walk to the front office to get clean towels daily. Staff said if I was not present at cleaning time staff would not enter my room due to not being able to trust staff not to steal things. Water was turned off with no warning or knowledge. Construction taking place on top three floors even late at night. Ceilings had dust and what looked like mold on them.

The toilet paper was soft and not cheap like most places

The floor of the room was nasty. My child lost a toy under the bed and I went to look for it and there was all kinds of trash under the beds like they had not been cleaned in a long time. There was even a pair of someones eye glasses under there. The headboard on one of the beds fell off the wall and about hit him in the head we told the front desk of this and they just said oh ok. There was no chain on the door to secure it. And one morning about 3am someone was trying to come into our room.

The room itself was nice

We had issues with the toilet twice, had to plunge it ourselves. When we would flush nasty water would back up in it...that happened twice. We had no towels or wash cloths went down to get some they told me it would be a 20-30 minute wait...we did get them in about that time frame.

The rooms are recently remodeled and they look great! The staff was friendly, breakfast was awesome, and above all the beds were so comfortable.

(Again in process of remodeling so we understand) When we stayed the rooms had no fridge or microwave yet (staff does offer use of a large one in reception area though) the showers look amazing but are super slippery with no slip resistant on floor of shower and no shelves or handles to hold into to prevent slipping. (Elderly father declined shower for this reason)
