House keeping came everyday! And the breakfast, the staff was always willing to help out!

After staying a week it would have been nice to have the room swept at least once with the going and coming of a family.

The staff was excellent. Kind and helpful.

The smell of urine coming from the AC unit in our room. I found it bizarre there's chunks of miss-matched carpets throughout the hallways. Definitely needs upgrades.

The person checking us in was very friendly. She set up our shuttle service for early the next morning and told us that the shuttle could take us to a nearby retail area that had shops and restaurants. The room was very nice as well.

We dropped our rental car off at the airport after checking in. We waited 30 minutes to be picked up. We called twice for the pickup. The driver told us she was not notified that she had passengers waiting. Another guest waited 40 minutes.

We got ripped off breakfast on Sunday morning. The hotel did not served on July 13.

The floor was dirty and the sink is not working properly.

The front desk staff were very courteous and accommodating. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. My kids enjoyed the breakfast the next morning. The parking lot was very spacious and seemed safe.

The refrigerator in the room did not appear to be working, as in not cold. I unplugged it and re-plugged it in and then it started to cool.

The room was nice and the breakfast was ok.

AC unit rattled all night. Booking.com showed a pic of the room and it is a mistake. I paid extra for a room with a couch and did not get it. Instead the staff gave me a blow up matress for the floor for my son. We stayed on a Monday and then came back on a Friday night. The first breakfast was cold boiled eggs with biscuits and gravy which I wasn't impressed with. The Friday we stayed it was scrambled eggs.

24-hour shuttle service to and from the airport, the room was clean and comfortable they also had a good breakfast with eggs & bacon, toast, and waffles, which was really great!

Noise was super loud from aircraft to the point where you thought, omg, is it right outside my window? Woke me up several times. Maybe they should think about installing better windows to help keep out the noise.

We stayed at the Country Inn by Radisson on 2 occasions whilst visiting Oregon and flying in and out of Portland airport. It was in a good location to the airport and the shuttle drivers were all very friendly and helpful.

The staff on the front desk on our return stay on 9/19/23 were rude and incompetent. We checked in around 5pm and the room key didnt work. After a trip down to reception with no apologies we thought the issue had been resolved. However after returning our hire car and returning to our room we found a man letting himself into our room and our key card cancelled! Another trip to reception, another rude response and no apologies. Thought we could rely on the Radisson brand but not on this occasion. In future will probably stick with Hilton for good customer service.

The staff at the hotel is great as is its location to the airport. The shuttle arrives promptly to and from the airport and will take you to nearby shopping (Target) if needed.Average breakfast included and a bar/restaurant for dinner which had good food.

Our complaint is that the rooms need updating. The carpet throughout the room is stained and dirty, and the couch in the king was shabby. It gave us the feeling it was unclean.

Overall, it met our expectations. The driver of the van on Oct 10th for the 5am run was VERY personable. It was nice to be greeted by a happy face, thanked us for staying at this hotel. Capable driver. Hope you give him recognization for a job well don

Overall, it met our expectations. One suggestion, the carpet in the elevator is very dirty. The elevator does get a lot of Scrutiny from your guests, several minutes inside over a period of a day or two. Surface other than carpet would be advised.

This hotel had a restaurant inside which was a perfect addition (open for breakfast)! It had fresh coffee, tea and cookies in the lobby. It also had free breakfast included. The free shuttle goes to nearby shops and airport.

There is a higher homeless population and car break-ins are common. We did not have a vehicle but note that in safety.
