Reeked of cigarette smoke, The staff was on break and we waited 15 minutes to let us check in. We pulled the sheets back and bedbugs were crawling all over the mattress. Complained and we give another room but same issue. Left losing our money.

The Booking.com indicates free parking but its $10/day. One day, my validated ticket didnt work and I had to pay $10 at the gate so I complained that I was paying twice, so they removed the charge after I kept following up 3 times. But, upon return home, I saw they had added it back on to my folio after checkout. Additionally, I never received a single apology for the few inconveniences that occurred du ring my stay. Not even one and I worked in the hotel hospitality industry for 20 years. With regards to the double charge for parking, I will choose a different hotel going forward. And this was my 5th stay.

Our room was very clean, spacious, with large beds. The bathroom was also very clean, with everything you need for a shower (with liquid soap, which is much better than bar soap). The guy at the reception helped us book the shuttle for the next day to get to the airport. We were allowed to enter the room a little earlier and leave our suitcases.
The shower curtain did not cover the entire space and the water leaked out a little. The lady at the reception told us that she had reserved the shuttle for us for the next day, but that was not the case. Thanks to the guy who was there at night, who checked it and booked it.

The location was close to Ikea and other shopping.
Additional charge for parking was less than ideal. The room's condition was poor due to ants in the bathroom, holes in the walls/dry wall, and weird crumbs on the bed cover. Also, VERY thin walls! There was so much screaming, yelling, and shouting of profanity at 2am that it woke us up and kept us up. Worst sleep ever! Those who were loud then decided to slam doors and blast music. We literally thought someone was dying.

I always use this hotel the nite before an early flight. 24 shuttle, pet friendly and convenient.
The fro t desk staff was not friendly, almost rude! In the past there were delightful young ladies that worked. The past two visits, the young men behind the desk were less than friendly. Seemed annoyed to be bothered! The shuttle driver was delightful! Put him at the desk!
