No amenities at all due to COVID-19 I get it but the price didnt reflect that. Actually booked the motel for the Bistro and was sadly disappointed.Rooms were clean, but the road noise was horrible until about 1 am.

We came for just one night stay for our 20th wedding anniversary...and to get away from the wildfire smoke. The King suite was wonderful The separate bedroom with the french doors and king bed was very nice.. the bed was very pretty and very comfy We loved the room, clean and fresh. The staff were wonderful to us and very kind and professional.. something you do not get from many other places Cannot wait till next year, we will be back.

Everything was great except the view was the road which was fine with us because we came for the room and just being away from the smoke from the wildfires and some extra comfort for our anniversary.

Dinner in the Bistro Grille was really exceptional and delicious. : salmon Caesar salad, halibut fish and chips. Stephen was our waitergood suggestions for ordering impeccable servicefriendly, helpful but not intrusive. He is an excellent representative of his employer. He made such an impression, that 5 days later, I remember his name and the service he provided!

I requested for room service I stated I will let them know when from 6-29 -7-5-22 I had no room service they enter my room without my permission I could speak with them cause she was overwhelmed with arrivals I waited called on phone from my room on my cell needed extra day it only to sleep and storage items change clothes for family funeral Trust was gone when I knew they enter with sign outside saying not too I search my items to make sure nothing was missing room card stop working 3xs when I worried cause lay stated it wouldn't let make me another card finally did not happy

The food was fantastic! The staff very friendly and the Hotel was beautiful, modern, and very clean. It was a wonderful experience.

The only thing that was surprising was there wasnt an ability to sign into Netflix on the TV in my room,. Most Marriotts have that option.

I liked the quick and easy check-in and check-out process. The front desk staff was really nice. The room itself was very comfortable and I really liked the fact that it was close to PDX. The self parking was unremarkable. Overall I'd stay here again!

There isn't really anything I didn't like about this place. This place met my needs and expectations.

Definitely would ask for a room to the back of the building versus street side, you can hear a lot of the passing vehicles. Towels should be thrown out and new ones purchased. They felt almost like plastic film on them from rewashing.

I did not have breakfast. The location was a convenience for me as it was close to the airport.

Better trained staff. In the middle of night, the alarm was triggered by a staff who was frightened by a possible incursion into the hotel but she did not know how to switch it off and have to wait for firemen to come. Took a good 30 min of pounding sound and it broke my sleeping rhythm. Also no apologies or offer to compensate.

Looked nice, decent price and good lactation close to the airport

My key cards didn’t work. I had to go down to the lobby multiple times because front desk person inept. He was smiley, but knew absolutely nothing and it took me over 40min to finally get through the door. Then my friend waited over a half hour for the shuttle to pick her up at 9:30pm…it was very cold and she was frustrated, tired and disappointed as well. I had to call the front desk and ask about the shuttle too.

I fell in our room (tripped over my husband’s feet). I fell forward on the hard floor. I was unable to get up on my own and my husband couldn’t help. We called the front desk. They sent a gentleman who I believe was named Steve. He WAS able to help me up and to a chair. I am so very grateful for the hotel and him!!!
