The staff were helpful; the final room assignment was great... I slept well in quiet. Breakfast staff and food were great.
I needed to report that my first and second assigned rooms were both beside an elevator that had extreme vibration noise, and I knew it would prevent my sleep.

I have the low grade due to only one employee on duty. As we entered the lobby to check in, the only employee was loading a ban to transport people. We went in and sat and listed to the staff phone ring off the hook for over half an hour. Staff member was nice when she got there so this is not on her. Management need to better staff hotel and not have one employee run it. Can’t even imagine if their was an emergency with no one on premises

Nice hotel rooms, great windows with lots of light.
Housekeeping staff treated me like a contagious leper when they came to pick up trash or change bedding. Manager defended them when I complained and proceeded to lie about "odor" coming from my room when I wanted to leave my door ajar for deliveries. She insisted I close it as though I was in lockup. She also charged me $250 for messing up 2 sheets. Absolutely the worst treatment from a hotel ever.. Lastly the beds are way too high. I'm 5'-7" and could barely get on it.

The staff was very nice. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice.
The door leading to the hall was not really a tight fight. I could see light through it, therefore late into the night we heard voices and kids running through the hall. It constantly woke us up as if someone was ready to walk right into our room.

It was a nice place to relax before going to the airport the next morning.
Free shuttle service is a bonus.
My credit card got charged twice for my room. I was extremely disappointed. It felt like they were trying to scam us out of an extra room expense.
I called to ask them why I got charged twice. They had no reason to charge us since I booked the room through the booking.com app. If I hadn't had to give my credit card information to them, then this wouldn't have happened.
Thankfully, they refunded me back. I'm just really disappointed in my experience their.
That's the second time I've given my credit card info to a hotel and they took advantage of it.

It was clean, and the beds weren’t bad
Noise from the jets landing at the airport was probably to be expected, but noise from the neighbors, the plumbing, and an a/c that sounded like a jet engine in its own right, was not. Looked a bit shabby, and the elevator took its time. The breakfast room is rather small, and the food was meh, the coffee worse. Think I’ll pop for the extra $50 for a better hotel next time.

This hotel was horrible. Our door did not work and after complaining 10 times between the hours of (3 pm - 10 pm) the staff refused to assist with the problem. It took us over 10 minutes and 4 different card replacements to get into the room on one occasion. Finally, around 10:30 pm, they had maintenance come up to repair the card reader. The room was unclean, the furniture was damaged. We were also charged more than quoted through booking.com.
The staff was rude and extremely unwilling to provide assistance with the faulty door reader, we were over charged for our room (booking rate 189 and we paid 250), the room was unclean and the furniture was damaged and stained. The pool was very unsanitary and the spa had caution tape around it when we first arrived. It was later removed (not sure if it was repaired) but the seven children that were playing in it were running back and forth between the exercise room and pool. Had I known I would be paying nearly $300 per night, I would have selected a different hotel. I will never book at this hotel again!

It is close to the airport and has a 24 hour shuttle service.
Super expensive considering the condition of the place. Housekeeping seems to do a tremendous job keeping it clean, but everything is old, chipped, faded, run down. Not what one would expect for the prices they are charging.

What breakfast was left was good (make yourself waffles) but nothing else was stocked again in the 3 1/2 hours breakfast was available. Chafing dishes that had previously had biscuits and gravy sat empty. I have never seen such small flakes of bacon strips.
Key cards did not work the entire weekend. Up and down the very slow elevator to repeatedly get new key cards or have them redone since we could not get in our room. It was not just me either, everyone I encountered on our floor had the same problems as well as friends on a different floor. Front desk staff was curt and rude and housekeeping staff was not helpful when needed. Advertised as having an outdoor pool which it did not. Had a small indoor poor with cloudy water that looked very unclean despite the strong chlorine smell. No sitting area whatsoever besides the bed. There was a small desk but no chair for it. Shower head kept falling down through entire shower. It slid down to the point it would have been a great height for a 5 year old.
