Our room could've been just a little bit bigger, and I would've liked a closet. Our view was of the AC unit on the roof....which I could have used a better view. Parking was expensive.

Excellent locatin downtown, easy to walk everywhere and the staff was very welcoming. We were able to get an early check in without a problem and our room was clean, big and the bathroom vanity had good lighting. I had read some previous reviews concerning noise level but we were given a room down a hallway, a few rooms down from elevators and we only ever heard a little bit of noise coming from people leaving the rooms right across from ours so we did not have this problem. Breakfast is an additional but we ordered from the menu and it was delicious and portions were big. The european style breakfast also looked good if you're interested.
The rooftobar bar, 1 Watson, was a great place to have a drink and enjoy the sunset/night.
Wifi was a little unreliable late at night and the closet is about a foot wide so don't count on it if you want to have actual closet space to hang anything but besides that, it was a great stay.

I prefer breakfast deals then à la cart because à la cart is more expensive. I spent $50 for two eggs, two bacon and French toast and then the middle of the French toast was not French toast. It was still raw. It wasn’t cooked like original.
Faster time took 15 minutes to get our breakfast. We were waiting there for a while and there was not that many people.

The worst valet service we experienced. At 10:52am I sent a text message on their phone number to bring our car to the hotel and was advised to wait 30 minutes, which of course was not fulfilled. 30 minutes after, we asked the valet booth lady (Rachel) of the status of our car and she said it was already on the way, so we just patiently waited a little more. After about an hour we started to get agitated and asked them again where our car was and again she asked for the ticket number and claimed the car is already on the way. At around 12:00nn a guy at the kiosk told us that the car may have already been brought up to the hotel but sent back to the garage for some unknown reason. This is where I went from being patient to very agitated. Firstly, the girl kept telling us it is on the way and kept asking for my ticket number. If it wasn’t for the other guy at the kiosk we wouldn’t have known the keys were just kept in their table and not actually “ON THE WAY”. Secondly, their communication needs a lot of improvement both towards the customer and with their colleagues. They should have reached out at least with a text If my car was brought up initially, which they also included in their text message upon request for retrieval of the car, “Flash Valet has received your request for ticket ****34. We will notify you when your vehicle will be ready.“ which again they did not do at all. It took almost 2 hours for them to identify a missing vehicle and there was like 5 or 6 of them at that time. In the end we got our car after almost 2 hours. We chose valet parking as a convenient option as it should be, instead we were inconvenienced and probably will not stay at this hotel in the future. If you need valet service for your stay, don’t risk it and just go to another hotel.

I didn’t like when I got my cards that I got a slip that said breakfast was $18 when I thought breakfast was included didn’t like that. we also got a room where the construction was so there was a big old crane in front of our window and a bunch of construction noise, told us that they put us as far as way as they could and we were right in front of it. The roof top restaurant, was told children couldn’t come up I believe after 9 so we left. The next day we got there early without the children then was told only reservations were being seated. Their staff needs to do better at explaining how everything works at once not leave details on a day by day basis we traveled a long way to get there only to not experience the entire hotel cause of the staff.

The staff was pleasant, especially the lady who served breakfast. I didn’t catch her name but she chatted with my boyfriend and I. She was funny and friendly. I like the room decoration, it was modern and minimalist. The bed was comfortable, we ask for more pillows and they bring them to our room, we didn't have much contact with the personnel but at the check in the lady was kind.
Our room was supposed to have a city view, instead we have a construction crane right in front our window. The floor plan of the room was L-shaped, which was awkward, as the window overlooked the window of the adjacent room—not a pleasant view. The room was fine, although it could have been cleaner. The shower floor was broken in some parts, that made it look dirty.

Got out of the elevator and it smelled like marijuana. The tv wasn’t working and maintenance had to come up twice in an hour timeframe. I asked for a quiet room and I was put in the corner right above the restaurant and bar and it was extremely loud every night. Front desk told me they couldn’t move me to another room. There was no body soap for us to use and hair found in shower and toilet. Was told they were going to come to our room and never did. Yeah over all I was disappointed with my stay.

We arrived early and asked if we could just leave our bags at the front desk or somewhere until check-in and there was actually a room ready that we were able to check in early. Staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean.
We could hear some of the construction on the week days, but it didn't really bother us too much.

Great location, friendly and amazing staff. The whole entire hotel was clean. Our room 1803 was comfortable, clean and had an amazing view. Breakfast was good and and a big shout out to Ms. Sarai she was so attentive and went beyond with her service just amazing. The supervisor that checked us in on 04/04/2026 around 9/10p.m she went beyond expectations. Everything was great and will definitely come back. Also a big shout out to the room service lady she was so kind and friendly and also went beyond expectations and got me what I needed that morning around 11:30/12:00 on 04/05/2026 on the 18th floor.
Big shout out to Ms. Sarai breakfast service, the supervisor who checked us in and the room service lady thank you all for everything.

The only bad thing is that for two nights we paid $225 for two nights and that was for three vehicles because my husband met us at the hotel. And I personally think that the parking should be free to the guest and or covered by the hotel.
