I did not like anything about this place!!
The parking was too high, the bed was hard, they only use half pillows which were very uncomfortable, leaving the building to go to the river walk right outside the door there was a homeless person sleeping there, to go to breakfast in the morning you had to walk by a guy on a latter trying to fix a water drip with water on the floor with no safety signs and then you walk a few more feet there was a mat on the floor soaked with water which was a slip and fall opportunity again no safety signs displayed any where. This was not worth the money we spent also the view from our room was of a crappie half torn down building with lots of garbage around.

The view from our room was an empty lot that was run down. There were broken windows and torn up buildings. The roof in the dining room was leaking. The cement flats around the pool moved and my mom almost fell getting into the pool when one tipped.

The location of the hotel is great. Located right on the Riverwalk and within walking distance of the Alamo. The breakfast is decent.
Once we checked in, we were not notified that the hot water was intermittent. I took one shower with hot water. My husband on the other hand, never got the chance to get ANY hot water. The last night there, no hot water in the bathroom. The only slightly warm water in our room, I ended up washing up in the sink in the sitting room with a towel on the floor. I have never had this experience from a hotel. The nozzle for the shower fell off because it wasn't attached. Maintenance did come to fix it and left a mess in the shower barely spoken English and didn't understand what the problem was. The refrigerator in the room was warm and not a way to make it colder.

$50 a day to park and we had to wait over an hour to get our car. Attendant was rude and inefficient. Great hotel, terrible parking situation. Hint: Park across the street for $35 and get your own car.

Bed are not comfortable. Pillows barely have stuffing very old. Breakfast rooms do not have AC. The pool so gross, construction in all 4 corners of the pool. (Dangerous for kids). Rusted water spout looks nothing like the relaxing pictures. Have to have a key to use restroom in the hotel.
Hotel doesn’t even have a General Manager and you can tell it’s so rundown and needs update.

The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant, especially DeMarcus at the front desk. The location on the Riverwalk was very convenient as it was within a 10 minute walk to several restaurants. The continental breakfast was very good. Make sure you request your car about 30 minutes before you checkout.
If you want a view of the Riverwalk you need to upgrade. The view from our room was of several dilapidated buildings with homeless people moving in and out of them. The pool area had several areas taped off which is concerning. The breakfast area is extremely humid with all the windows but the food was good. The valet drop off is very hectic because the street in front of the hotel is extremely narrow and crowded

Well, O arrived that night and the woman who helped me and my 6 people, two rooms I paid for was rude. I just drove from California to Arizona (stayed for a night) and then to San Antonio. I already prepaid for everything. The girl who helped me asked for my credit card for incidentals. Nothing was used and when I left after 3 days, they charged me 4 tomes (2 - 600+ dollar payments, 1 for $700+, and 1 for 800+ dollars) for both rooms that were already paid for with the credit card that they charged 4 times after I left with my drive to Florida! This was only supposed to be for incidentals! Almost a week later, I still have only received two of the payments back and not the full 4 they charged me for! Still pissed. Took my money but won't return it quickly. Watch your cards. This is shady.

The suite was laid out well and very clean, and the front desk reception was very personable and helpful.
Valet service was disorganized, and we waited over half an hour for the vehicle to be brought down after requesting it. It would be understandable if they were very busy, but this was not the case. The room became uncomfortably warm when the AC would cycle off. We did not sleep well because of the temperature changes.

The only thing I did not like was that when checking in, the hotel failed to inform me that they did not take Chime cards. I had to pay for the room deposit. I did raise hell about it and did receive my refund a couple of days after checking out, though. So all is good ?. It could’ve been really bad luckily I was just very sore.

For the price was expecting a slightly larger room. Very disappointed that the elevator to the riverwalk was not working, all those steps made it difficult for old knees.

Convenient. A short walk down to the Riverwalk from our room. Next time will request a room with a balcony. Good breakfast.
The only thing we had an issue with was we like a softer bed. The second night we took the extra cover and added it over the mattress. Much better.

The location is beautiful and surrounded by much todo!
The rooms were modern and very comfortable!
The only thing we missed out on was the pool due to closure, will have to come see it next time we stay!
