Excellent location and attractive hotel. Rooms were fine, nothing special.

Room wasn’t ready until close to 6pm despite a 4pm check in. The lobby was hectic and full of people waiting to check in I think. Had paid for my drinks but they were showing as charged to my room on check out. Bar service was poor as only 1 person serving at 11pm and server was favouring a large group over others waiting at the bar. No complimentary water in the room which is unacceptable for the price to stay here and valet too expensive so we arranged our own parking right around the corner for a fraction of the cost.
