Estuve luchando por encontrar un hotel en un área donde me sintiera segura en San Francisco siendo mujer soltera, pero la ubicación de este hotel era realmente buena y comparada con algunas de las otras áreas de la ciudad, me sentí bastante segura. Podía caminar hasta el Pier 39 en aproximadamente media hora y fue un agradable paseo junto al puerto. El hotel en sí estaba bien, en realidad no terminé desayunando, así que no puedo comentar sobre eso, pero las camas eran muy cómodas y estaba tranquilo en una habitación en un piso alto, además tuve la suerte de tener una vista del puente Golden Gate, lo cual fue genial. Pude tomar un autobús desde el centro de la ciudad fácilmente hasta el hotel para ir y venir del aeropuerto en tren.

Sin duda, la ubicación es inmejorable. No necesitábamos alquilar un coche, porque todo estaba cerca y podíamos caminar. El vecindario es muy bonito, tranquilo, me sentí muy seguro. ¿Qué hay cerca? ¡TODO! Sin embargo, si necesitas el autobús, la estación está a un par de calles. Estaba tan cansado y me hicieron el check-in temprano sin ningún cargo. El desayuno es bueno. Quizás le falte un poco más de fruta, pero por el precio es excelente en SF. La habitación era agradable. Una bonita vista, muy encantadora, justo lo que estaba buscando.

Without any doubt, the location, It's unbeatable. We didn't need to rent a car, because everything was close and we could walk. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, I felt very safe. What's close to? EVERYTHING! However if you need Bus the station is a couple of blocks. I was so tired and they did me early check in without any fee. The breakfast is good. Maybe its missing some more fruit, but for the price is excellent in SF. The Room was nice. A Nice view, very charming, just what I was looking for.
The elevator was broken exactly in the moment I arrived, then I had to get to the 6th floor with my bags through the stairs. And the wifi was very intermitent. I had to use my data 50% of the time:(

Was struggling to find a hotel in an area where I would feel safe in San Francisco being a single female but the location of this hotel was really good and compared to some of the other areas in the city I felt pretty safe. I could walk down to Pier 39 in about half and hour and it was a pleasant walk down along the water front, the hotel itself was good, I didn't actually end of having the breakfast so can't comment on that but the beds were really comfy and it was quiet on a high floor room and I was lucky enough to get a view of the golden gate bridge which was great. Was able to get a bus from the city centre easily up to the hotel in order to get to and from the airport on the train.

When checking in we felt like we were disturbing the desk clerk. She was not welcoming at all. Surprise fee for parking. $30 a day. No elevator from the underground parking. Had to use the stairs. Our room had no hot water. Lukewarm at best. No refrigerator in the room either. Would not recommend this hotel.

The location was excellent for Fisherman's Wharf, Lombard St etc.
The room was dated but comfortable. The free breakfast was basic but just what was needed. The staff were run off their feet but super pleasant to deal with.
The first night my sheets had dried blood stained on them.
It was expensive and super busy so no late check-out available which sicked for my 1AM flight. One elevator wasn't working which made the queues pretty big at certain times of day.

Location was good and it was clean.
Staff was ok but not really friendly. Only one elevator was working for our entire stay. One time we got back to the hotel for the night and a group had checked in. It took almost an hour to get up to our room.

Location was great. Breakfast was good, not a lot of variety, but a good waffle and eggs and sausage meal. The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing!!
Only one working elevator and it took forever to come up to the 9th floor. The shampoo and conditioner were empty, thankfully I brought some. The parking garage is tight - don’t bring a truck or SUV

Only the location
Very poor customer service. The guy assigned the wrong room, charged the wrong amount. Was rude and sarcastic. Didn't care that we had a child along who was tired and hungry.
Only one elevator works and during breakfast fast time you have to wait long to get in.
The room keeping is supposed to be only once in 3 days, but since they were short stuff, even that didn't happen. Overall very bad experience..
No microwave in the room.

Location is perfect, closer to all the places that i had in mind to visit and stay around.
Room: very comfortable, clean. Maybe a suggestion will be to do an upgrade and have A/C in all rooms.
Breakfast was average. Really basic.

The staff was so friendly and helpful.
The wait for the elevator was sometimes long, but not a big issue. It was understandable as they were working to update one elevator.
