I absolutely loved the area the hotel was in and love the cleanliness of the entire hotel. So many vending machines with snacks and drinks as well as a lobby food area with loads of different things. The staff were super helpful and super accommodating too. Definitely recommend

Would’ve loved to be put next to better neighbors Nextdoor. not the hotels issue but they kept trying to open the connecting door to try and access our room. not their fault but could’ve been a better stay if I hadn’t woke up to someone jiggling the doorknob nonstop

Excellent location, 20 minute walk to Fillmore Street with great boutiques and bars. There’s a handful of great restaurants on the block immediately behind the hotel (1 min walk, on Polk St), and felt very safe walking there alone at night. The room was nice and quiet (22nd floor). Great wifi and very clean. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in SF.
Styrofoam cups in the rooms, not pleasant to drink coffee or tea out of, and no glasses for water.

The hotel was located in a decent, clean part of town. Not the epicenter of activity and nightlife, but also didn't have the homeless population that is more common in other neighborhoods. There's a nice little restaurant and bar, however, I didn't have a chance to patronize either one, so can't speak to their quality.
The room itself was clean, the bed was surprisingly comfortable and I had a pretty great view of the city on the 19th floor.
The rate was way lower than I'd expect to find in most of the city.
While the room rate was relatively low, I did have to pay $49 / night for parking, which I imagine is pretty standard. But still pretty outrageous.
There were a few plumbing issues. Maybe just my room or perhaps consistent throughout the hotel. The toilet didn't flush consistently and the bathroom sink would take a LONG time to cool down to usable temperature once turned all the way hot.

Location is extremely convenient, you can easily get around the city from here and it's a relatively nice neighborhood. The room was quite comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money.
The room was a bit cold at times and it wasn't easy to adjust the temperature. It would get too warm quite quickly and then was cold again when you turned the fan off.

location was right in the middle of everything, with easy access to Fisherman's Warf, Union Square, and our favorite sandwich shop, Limoncello! The room was clean and had everything we needed (mini fridge, hair dryer, even a clothes steamer!)
The windows could have been more soundproof (could hear everything outside). Also, there could have been a hot tub or sauna or steam room to pair with the workout/pool facilities (because the city is often overcast, cold, and windy; it'd be nice for there to be a warmer option to complement the pool or to use after workout).

I like where it was located.
Poorly renovated. Front desk never picks up the phone when you call from the room. The refrigerator was not working and we got 2 small beds even thou we booked queen beds, I slept so uncomfortable. Outside of the hotel it was a great experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our toilet had a small issue, and they resolved it within 10 minutes of my call to the front desk. Japan town within walking distance. Great bakery on the same block around the corner. Convenient parking (at a cost). Public transportation nearby.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, to the point of being painful. Unfortunately, I probably would not stay here again because of it. Our room was near the elevators, and we could hear them going up and down the elevator shaft from our room.

The view from our room was just beautiful! At night and in the morning just looking out at SF was magic.
We went to the Walgreens a few blocks away and we experienced a young fit man beating on a homeless man.
It was a bit traumatic. That’s not the hotel’s responsibility it just was very heartbreaking.
