We could hear the family in the room next door (there was a connecting door), although not a major issue. We had two rooms next to each other but no connecting door unfortunately but I appreciate this may have been unavoidable.

Location is definitely the best feature about the hotel. 10 mins walk from the pier where oyu have shops, restaurants etc. And from where you take yiur boat to Alcatraz. Close to Lombard street and if you walk up Colombus you will find great restaurants as well. Staff really nice and helpful. Room comfy enough for 4 people. You have some nice games (giant jenga) and pool tables in the lobby.
Parking is super expensive but we knew about it in advance. It is still shocking when you are actually there that you need to pay usd 72 a night. Staff was nice enough to cut us a deal an let us pay usd 52 a night. Which however makes me doubt what is the real parking cost per night...ice machine did not work in our floor so had to go to another floor to get ice.

Room was sold as suitable to sleep 5 in an extra large bed and a large sofa bed. On arrival there was only bedding for 4 max (4 pillows) and beds were a queen (could only fit 2 sensibly) and a very old and lumpy sofa bed. There were also only 3 towels and no coffe/tea making facilities. After several requests and extended exchanges with reception we managed to get another 6 pillows, so at least everyone had 2 pillows, along with a couple more towels and with much grumpiness from the porter he finally provided a coffee machine and a kettle. However, three terrible nights sleep was had on the sofa bed, with one of the five of us having to sleep on the floor. The room was not suitable for five as advertised, and a very disappointing experience.

My room had the tube sink broken. I asked all the days to fix it, but it wasn’t done. The carpet in the entrance of the room was always wet, some infiltration from bellw. There is no room minibar in the room, even for a cold water. Room with a terrible wall view. Recepcion always a Chaos

Great location if you are visiting San Francisco and are planning to do the usual tours such as Alcatraz, Golden Gare Bridge. Easy walk to Fisherman’s Wharf. The lobby area and access to games made for easy entertainment. Hotel was very clean and well equipped. There is a pool area which we didn’t use but looked good. Access to bicycles is also available. Grab and go snack service available in bar/lobby area. Minimal dealings with reception staff but any we had the staff were extremely professional and helpful.

The location was great, very close to Fisherman's wharf and Pier 39. The staff on the check in desk were very helpful and friendly.
Lots of free games in the lobby which was a nice touch.
There was very loud construction work from 9am. We weren't warned about this and not great when you are trying to have a relaxing holiday.
Housekeeping would try to come between 9am and 10am and if you had a do not disturb sign on, they would post a note through and not return. Again, when you are trying to have a relaxing holiday, this is very early to be awake for housekeeping.
Air con unit was very loud so had to switch off.
Beware unexpected credit card charges after you've already checked out and been told there are no further charges.

The best thing about this property for us was the proximity to the wharf. We were down for a chartered fishing trip and staying here made it so easy to hop on the boat at 5:30am!
The one and only thing that I did not care for about this hotel was that there was no coffee maker in the room. I understand that there was great coffee service down by the lobby, but the service didn't start until 6am and we had to be out on the boat by 5:30. This meant that we did without coffee :(

Great location, close to the main tourist attractions. The bed was also comfortable.
At check-in, a $300 deposit was taken from my card. Later, an additional charge of around $150 appeared. When I reported this at reception, I was told it was a system error and that it would be fixed – but it was not. After checking out, a third $300 charge was also taken.
I wrote to the hotel by email. They apologized and refunded the two additional charges, but the original $300 deposit from check-in is still being held. To make matters worse, my last email has been completely ignored.
On top of this, I had specifically requested a quiet room not facing the street, yet I was given exactly that – a street-facing room with single-pane windows. If you are a light sleeper, be prepared for constant noise from cars, motorcycles, and people partying outside all night.

The location is so great and we could walk to Fisherman‘s Wharf, Lombard Street, Cable car. It is safe place with many restaurants nearby.
The hotel has a game room with billiard and others that we enjoyed, we could have coffee and tea anytime until 4pm and had cookies and milk at 8pm. We enjoyed our stay there!
Kids were in the pool 1-2 hours and then had the eyes so red and had problems during the rest of the day to see or get into the sun. This didnt happen in any of our other hotel pools. Next day they were fine and we didnt have more time anyway to go to the pool.

We had such a great stay at Hotel Caza Fisherman’s Wharf! The location was perfect—just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the trolley. The hotel itself was spotless, and our room was not only very clean but also surprisingly spacious for San Francisco. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved the bar and coffee area inside, which offered plenty of grab-and-go snacks. What really made our stay stand out was the staff—every single person we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. We felt really welcomed and well taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

No coffee or tea making facilities in room, no fridge in room. You paid extra for a fridge. Free tea and coffee downstairs but it was often empty and it stopped at 4pm!! We had to pay a resort fee on top of the high price for the room. The windows were all single Glazing. We could hear everything people were saying in the swimming pool area. We were on the first floor.

The location of this hotel is great, walking distance to Pier 39 and the many attractions. It is not a luxury hotel but is nice, clean and well kept. Checking in took some time with only one person working but was pleasant and friendly.
Ohhh, the parking. We knew the steep price before but decided to stay here anyway. Granted, the parking garage is nice and this is very desirable location but with added taxes seems to be way too expensive. During our stay, the hotel seemed pretty full but the garage was more than half empty.
