It was very centrally located to everything. Nice bodega across the street for anything you may need.

The area was pretty sketch. The room was super dated and small. There was barely enough room from the foot of the bed to the entertainment center to walk by. And It. Was. LOUD. The later it got, the louder it got. At 11:45pm sounded like someone spent 30 minutes VACUUMING above us. Something was loud and rolling back and forth across the floor. Whoever was above us was stomping and loud all night long. People walked the walkways knocking on our door throughout the night too.

The price was good.. the area was good

When got ready to check out they had there maids check room and they came up with things I did and tried to put damages on me saying stuff like left blood stains everywhere which was 100% untrue. Saying cornors of shower cuties had blood stains ( top corners ) it was HELL checking out. The maids said I smoked in room which I am a non smoker.

Staff. Very rude and don't listen what you try to say and ask him questions he talks at the same time while you are speaking to him. Gives wrong information. I stayed there with my family and We couldn't sleep the whole night because a bunch of girls were having a party above our room. Dragging furniture walking in hills shoes. Also, fight in the middle of the night. Screaming stamping falling OMG. My lord, this place isn't for families I complained about it on the phone from my room many times and went to the office personally, but still nothing happened. I told the guy we would not stay there another night.

The hotel was run down, in a very shady neighbourhood and with quite a few rather questionable other guests. Also, the pictures shown on Booking.com do not at all correspond to reality.

The rooms were dirty, hair on the bed. Unsafe location with broken and covered windows and homeless hanging out. They charged for unsecured parking had had homeless camped in motorhomes in the parking lot. When we brought the issues to them, they did nothing to remedy them and stated we have already checked so they would not refund our money. We had to leave and pay for another room somewhere else. Meanwhile, they charged $600 for two rooms that we could not stay in. Horrible experience.

There is nothing I liked about this place.

The conditions are terrible, the smell is horrible, and the floor is dirty. We did not spend the night in this hotel, we did not get our money back. The prices are high, but not justified. I wouldn't pay $10 for it. The staff doesn't care if you don't like something, the conditions are terrible, there is a stench everywhere, it is as if a mouse died in the air conditioner, it is also very dirty and there are doubts about safety, in 2020 this place was a detention for patients with covid19, but this is not mentioned anywhere. You can find out about this from the residents of San Francisco themselves

The area doesn't make us feel very safe, the hotel look more like a motel from the movies, than a hotel. and the receptionist seems to be scared from the customers as he only talk through an small window, having a full reception which he doesn't open. make you feel like the type of people staying here are pretty aggressive.

I booked two double beds a month in advance and on the day of check in the front desk staff tells me that I’m in a single bed room and I said no I booked a double I have the confirmation email. Then the gets angry at me (even tho I was calm about the mistake) and she starts arguing telling me that I booked a single bed, even tho I had literal proof that I got 2 beds. She was so hostile throughout the entire interaction trying to use an intimidation tactic. In the end she says “well I only have rooms with one bed what do you want me to do about it”. No apology, just angry and rude. I stayed elsewhere and requested a refund with booking.com.

I like the effort I put in to be away from the street as I asked before arriving and when I brought up the guy put me even closer to the street, I intended to check out but I gave it one more go and I got a room away from the street but my room window was open but hed back from opening by some screw. So anybody could come put there hand thru the window if the wanted.

The price was way to high for the caliber of room I was giv e n. I seen other rooms with a 65' TV and I'm looking at a 32' ...cmon!

Location was great and by everything. The room was pretty spacious also.

The room itself had a musty smell of mildew or mold when you walk in, which is a health hazard. Our key cards constantly stopped working so we had to get a new one almost every time we came back after being out. At one point the room next to us had a couple of sketchy dudes next to us banging on the door demanding money and asking for stuff. Which we can only assume was a crack deal based off what they were saying.

First time to San Francisco, guessing parking wasn’t included in the reservation so extra $25.00 for parking but the rental was safe and that’s the main thing but in all everything went well so thanks for the stay. ??✌???

Turned out he traded my requested king bed to double queens with a 12 inch path to the bathroom. No upgrade at all. I was not happy and told him so the next day. No explanation.

Nice place to stay, right off the freeway, close to downtown SF. Best staff interaction, especially with Chris. I made a terrible mistake in booking room. He was very very patient with me, as I tried to correct my mistake. Even assisted me with phone App, as he saw me struggle. Being elderly and disabled, I'm glad I picked SF Central! Cleaning Staff was nice and professional, provided extra blankets and coffee as requested. Definitely would stay again!

Chris at the front desk was exceptional with customer service.

The hotel was occupied with displaced families living in the hotel. Daily visits from Welfare and legal authorities. Screaming kids running through commons area Drug addicts running in and out of rooms and hiding in the stairs. While the rooms are non smoking the smell of Marijuana comming into my room. And as I came in late after an event I was told by security the night desk person wanted me to go to me room while I smoking a cigarette. I was in the parking lot near the stairs The room is non smoking So I went out side to smoke away from other rooms!
