Quality hotel a short walk from Union Square, with plenty of restaurants and diners in the area. Large rooms, full facilities, helpful staff.

Hotel parking prohibitively expensive, and cheaper outside parking requires walking through dubious streets (was ok for me as a 6-foot tall male, but I wouldn't have been comfortable with my wife or daughter parking alone). Nothing the hotel can do about the streets with public parking, but may be worth reducing hotel parking charges to keep guests safer

Showerhead didn't have a stronger option to the gentle rain head. Flanagan's service and food was mediocre and process of ordering, seating, then paying was too confused.

The room was very nice and cozy, from the bed to the bathroom everything was extremely clean. One of the best hotels i’ve stayed in. Staff was also very accommodating and nice. This is a perfect location where you’re surrounded by lots of food and good places to walk to.

Nothing, everything was good

Centralized location. We use to have private parties there many years ago (Pleasure Zone New Year's Eve)

The speaker system in the bar - restaurant was adequate for foreground and moderate dance levels. At the new year's event the levels were beyond the speaker system capabilities. Specifically, the midrange driver was distorted at the elevated levels - which the dj had set appropriately for the party. The issue was the compression driver was taken lower than optimum in frequency. lIkely the crossover point was selected to fully cover the midrange but this was beyond the ideal operating range of the driver/horn - resulting in a spitty fatiguing sound.

Bathroom is small, especially the shower. Towels were small and thin, especially for a supposed 4 star hotel. The room had a funny smell that we could not identify, but it was not great. Coffee machine took a bit to learn to work. No microwave.

The staff were truly the highlight of the stay — friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. The location was convenient enough for getting around, and check-in was smooth and efficient.

The facilities felt a bit dated and could use some updating. The room comfort and cleanliness were acceptable but not quite what you'd expect for the price — value for money felt average at best. Noises coming from the street - I was on 6th floor.

i was disappointed about the breakfast. There is a condition given, a budget of $72.00, this is not clarified during hotel bookings online. Breakfast is overpriced and We were a family of four. We had to pay extra money on the first day and then we skipped beverages to stay within budget on other days .Less breakfast options.

Centrally located. Easy to get around all tourist attractions by walking or with a short Uber ride. The lobby is spacious and welcoming. The front desk team made check-in a breeze. We had two deliveries sent to the hotel prior to our arrival, both packages were provided upon our arrival.

The washroom! It was very clean and beautiful, however, the drainage from the sink does not work properly. It is impossible to brush your teeth or wash your hands without having to wait and watch the water drain out before you can complete the washing. The worst was the shower. The slow and weak shower means you need to take a long shower to wash off the soap. This is the weakest shower we have ever experienced in a hotel. Luckily we were only booked for 2 nights. I avoided washing my hair on the second night.

Cleanliness of the hotel.

The room was very noisy. We could not sleep at night because we were next to the service lift. Room next door seemed to have occupants who were very noisy talking and partying late into the night. Booking.com advertised this as breakfast included. We were given a small budget to purchase breakfast at the restaurant. Prices were extremely exhorbitant. People in the restaurant were like robots, just rushing with everything. We were not allowed to change our order because as we were placing the order, they were rushing to get it done. We found hair in our food - hygiene concerns. Furthermore, there were hidden costs that we were not made aware of. We were foreigners in the USA, and the hotel did not address this with us. When we checked out, we were suddenly told to.pay surcharges for breakfast. This is the first time we've had such a bad experience booking with booking.com over almost 25 years of being with booking.com.

The staff were excellent - so kind and helpful! They were also great with kids which you don’t often get. The rooms were very clean and spacious and matched the photos online. Perfect location for public transit and getting around on foot, and they had a lot of good restaurant options near by.

Sad pillows. Each bed only had two small pillows and they weren’t supportive at all, had to request extras.
