Great Value, the room was very nice. Bathroom was extremely nice and HUGE. Very nice adjustable climate control. The bed was huge and comfy. The pool is great and open til midnight. You can park and enter from many sides of the building. You can use your phone as your room key, and checkin and checkout on their app. My wife is a smoker, they have smoking rooms, which we did not want, But there were tables where you can smoke around the property. Huge Plus!
Restaurant was very limited. Our rooms were not even on same floor when I requested them to be together. Refrigerator is very small and they have 2 bottles of water in there to trick you into paying 1.50ea.

The location was good. Property is tired and needs some maintenance and TLC.
Electrical cords strewn around the pool. Frig leaked all over carpet and when I tried to figure out why, discovered rotten wood and mold underneath. Lightbulb out in bathroom.

The location was convenient for my business. The on site restaurant and bar is a joke.
The price we were quoted was not honored when we arrived. They tacked on a higher rate than what we were quoted. This is the first time we ever have had this issue. I even showed the receptionist the quoted price that I had downloaded and printed and she said we never price it that low ? We ended up paying another $30 a night. An amount of $60 for two days.

Food or snacks not available on weekends in bar. Walls are a bit thin, heard phone conversation from room next door pretty clearly at 5:30 am.

I liked the location just off the freeway.
The hot water gave out while staying here. I had to wait for facilities to fix the issue which made me late to my event. I had to cancel dinner plans in order to make the event on time. In addition, the restaurant wasn’t open either.

Actually the property was under construction when I made my reservations no one let me no not even when I checked in didn’t know it was under construction
The pool was also under construction not available for use which really bummed us out being that you were in Phoenix Scottsdale area you would think he would have access to a pool bummer I was very specific I wanted a pool when I made reservations disappointing

The staff was always polite and professional. The rooms were clean and comfortable. All of the common areas including the swimming pool, hot tub and exercise facility were all well-maintained.
And finally their morning breakfast and service was excellent.

Front desk staff was fantastic. Very kind. The pool was a lot of fun.
They could do a better job cleaning around the pool and cleaning the pool itself. There were a ton of birds hanging around and there was quite a bit of bird poop around the edges of the pool. Also, didn’t like the price of continental breakfast. Too expensive.

The hotel and location are great, staff is super friendly and accommodating
We’ve stayed here before and never had issues; however, our particular room had issues. As soon as we stepped into the room we felt stuffy in our faces and had a sinus headache by the morning. The toilet seemed to run all night and make a lot of noise as well. The thermostat didn’t seem to work properly and wouldn’t adjust to the temperature we had set. Was an uncomfortable night to say the least.

I enjoyed the room and pool area. There wasn’t a day I didn’t hang out at the pool.
If you book a stay here on a third party app, you do not get the complementary breakfast. They make you pay. I ended up ordering delivery because of this. That’s my only gripe.

The Hotel and staff were very nice and helpful. Having a restaurant and bar on location was a great addition to just the normalcy of all hotels. We stayed for bike week and enjoyed our stay and the location. The staff went above and beyond and had bike parking coned off for us, so there was no struggle to find parking. Great place and great people at the facility.
Thank you,
