The rooms are big and clean. Staff is very friendly. I felt safe even though the building is located in a bad section of town.

It's far removed from any attractions (about a 30 minute drive) and in a slightly bad neighborhood.

Our room was clean and breakfast was nice, Some staff were friendly.

Parking was limited. The location was sketchy and an unsafe environment for guests. Multiple people were looking through car windows, the Hookers & pimps were the view from our window. Got severely warnings.

Great location close to shops easy access to all conveniences, attended a funeral and the funeral home was an easy 3 minute drive, also easy access to freeway and restaurants. Particularly liked the late - noon checkout.

Perhaps refurbishing the property is now due.

The staff was excellent.

Across the street were homeless people and prostitutes working the street. We did not feel safe, although no one directly bothered us. There are piles of trash from the homeless encampment.

The area was a little rough with quite a few homeless people living in the surrounding streets

Not much. Staff were very nice at front desk. Rooms were clean but very strong bleach smell upon arrival

No soundproofing in room. Could hear people above us walking around, flushing toilet, shower running. Kept me awake. Room stank of bleach. Room in general was just tired looking, bed very noisy on one side...should be looked at. Room 216 Would not stay again or recommend

Breakfast was good

I wasn't told about a fee for checking in early when I called asking about checking in early until I actually got to the building, I was told it's a pet fee of $25 a day and then was told at the building it's 25 $ for each pet. So much needed information I needed beforehand I didn't get when I originally asked.

The room, the food, the view, the morning person.

The late night lady was a lil Kurt. Not hostile but not to welcoming either. Maybe it's because it's kinda a bad neighborhood until the y fix up the city more. Also please fix the comfort in sign it has a bullet hole in it , not very inviting or friendly. But nice stay overall.

I liked how big and spacious the room was. The staff there was kind and gave us recommendations on where to eat.

I didn’t like how there was blood in the room and how old the furniture was. Parts of the toilet was operational but some parts were broken. There was blood on my sheets as well. The headboard was gross as well. I had to go to the store to get supplies to clean the room myself. Also the prostitutes were a big red flag too. I won’t be coming here anymore in the future.
