Staff was very accommodating to my service dog
Everything else was bad. Pictures are deceiving, way too high priced, sugar ants all over the room, terrible water pressure on top of a bathroom so small I could extend my arms and touch each wall, crackheads everywhere, you can hear every move anyone makes in the rooms surrounding you and its just not a good location. Spend the few extra dollars to get a better room.

If you aren't familiar with Seattle areas - this is definitely not the area to stay. Apparently, Aurora Avenue is home to lots of unsavory activities. I made sure to read reviews and look at photos, very positive...but what a shock when arriving. I saw things I never imagined I'd ever see--scantily dressed women getting in and out of cars, standing in room doorways...the office area did have a tv with a shot of the parking lot...but just freaked out at what we were seeing outside. I had already paid 160.00 to stay and it was for 1 night...but wished I had asked more about the area. I hate writing negative reviews and actually this is the first time....NEVER WOULD I EVER STAY HERE AGAIN OR THIS AREA!!!

Restrooms and overall the room was very clean.
When I first arrived to check in, the person was rude, he seemed bothered with my presence. He gave me the wrong room. I reserved a two bed and he gave me a one bed. When I realized the mistake he made and brought it to his attention he seemed upset at me. I payed for one night stay and it was expensive considering the location. Not a place I would stay again. Also, there are signs that say no smoking, and all you can smell is smoke Everywhere!

Our trip to Seattle was last minute, and hotels are are very expensive. I booked this room because it was a more affordable option.
The location is in a terrible neighborhood, prostitutes, homeless people, and what I suspect were drug dealers, were everywhere. The room was not clean, the beds were rock hard, no coffee makers, no ice machine, and very noisy from the traffic.

Location was not a safe area to be at after dark. We realized the motel was used as a place of business for hustlers. The workers were enticing however was worried about the car.

The lady was nice at checkout. Was cheapest hotel I could find in Seattle. Was mostly empty.
The area was disgusting. The person at check in was extremely rude. There were prostitutes being dropped off over and over again. We saw 3 being dropped off and walking into rooms when we first got there at 3. Then all night long there were prostitutes walking around in the parking lot, down the street, in and out of the hotel rooms. At around 4am there was a "pimp" walking around on the balconies yelling into peoples doors, looking for a girl name Valerie. It was a startling and terrible experience.

The wonderful lady at the front desk was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. there was multiple ways to pay, not fancy but extremely clean. quiet, and they had lots of info in the office for people who had never been to Seattle.

it was clean and the facilities worked. staff was pleasant and it was close to eating places. the frig and microwave were clean. there was enough parking space.
what I didnt like was the location. there was prositution going on right outside and if this was a family motel that was not exceptible. the mattress was a little soft for me so Ihad back pain.

The most rudest staff I have ever encounteted. The location is swarming with prostitution. Stink bugs in my room and no wifi working in my room, if I stood outside with my phone then I could receive wifi. Cigarette burns on my furniture.

Cozy, quiet, soft bed, had a fridge, microwave, sink, wifi, shower, soap, and good locks. I didnt use the phone, clothing rack, or TV, but I do appreciate that they were available.
There was no stopper for the tub to allow a bath. I prefer showers anyway, but the shower levers in Seattle are much different than what I'm used to and I couldn't figure out how to make the water switch to the showerhead. There were plenty of towels, soap, and general water access though so option 3 was still available.

It was nice you could control the temperature of the room. Pillows were comfortable. Having HBO was a nice benefit.
The area was very sketchy to put it lightly. Definitely wasnt a place you should leave your room at night. The price wasnt great, but thats expected of the Seattle area. My sheets, though clean, had a odd stain to them.

I like how the bed was made. Pillows are nice(I wished there are 2 pillows per person provided). Very comfy bed. Aircon is good.
The long standing dirt under the rim of toilet that was not being clean and already stuck. No elevator. Not near the bus stop.

I liked that it was close to work.
