The staff was kind and helpful It was close to unique coffee shops, The Waffle House and right off of the freeway/highway.

When first entering, the room smelled like dirty mop with bleach. Also, after 11am our key card didn’t work (we stayed for 3 nights) so we had to get it activated everyday. The walkways were hosed down everyday, and a small puddle was inside our room by our door(ground floor) as well as a lot of water dripped from walkway roof (only at edge though) from top floor.

Awesome service. Most friendly motel staff I've ever encountered. Most comfortable bed I think I've ever slept on. I'm definitely going to change my mattresses from firm to soft. I loved that bed

You hear about nightmares like this... Roaches. Coming out everywhere. The wall near the TV and the desk, along the walls around the bed, and UNDER the bed. It was late and I needed to sleep and my cats (pet-friendly) kept the roaches away while I fell asleep for a few hours. I didn't have time to complain because I had a work meeting to deal with. But yeah, room 130 was infested with roaches. It was unreal. I tried to take pics once or twice but my cats kept chasing the roaches away.. thankfully

I was unable to book the room. I had to go to Quality INN. Your people would not give the room I paid for! There is nothing more to say. I did not get the room I paid for; but had to find a room at another Hotel

Your staff person would not give me the room I paid for! I had to find another Hotel Quality INN. However, you still charged me for a room which I did not stay. I should not have go to my bank and tell them refund my money for service I did not receive.

The motel is extremely run down. The lobby is partially boarded up. Other than lots of light outdoors at night it felt fairly unsafe. Right next to loud freeway. Rooms are basic and old, old, old.

I get hit up for $100 deposit cuz I said I'll smoke it in the room and I wasn't somebody had left a piece of pipe on top of the table but didn't mean to anybody was smoking in there so they kept my deposit and I want it back I have no proof that I was smoking in there

The guy I checked in with was cool and helpful.

I checked out within 2 days of my reservation and informed front desk that I was doing so. She ended up not checking me out and later when I called asking why they hadn't approved my refund she wouldn't help me at all. She claimed she was gm and said I was still in the room and had been getting service. She said I couldn't get refunded until I could think of her name. I asked if she could look at the schedule to see who had been working that shift and she refused. Eventually I simply had to call corporate. I feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with that woman.

Excellent location for getting anywhere in Tucson.

Definitely need microwaves in the room to avoid huge inconvenience of having to leave the room for a cup of coffee or to reheat food.

Filthy. Black mold in the bathroom, curly black hairs already in the sheets when I pulled them back so I slept on top of the covers, and I was too afraid to say anything in case they’d keep my deposit in retaliation.
