The walls are not soundproof at all. You can hear everything your neighbors are saying/ watching, babies crying, etc. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. This means they hear you too!
Also, no closets. If you need to hang clothes, there's only hooks on the walls.

The room was super clean, the staff amazingly friendly and the location perfect for the reason we visited for the weekend. Parking was adequate and the basic amenities were plenty for a weekend trip. Facilities were newly renovated and super cute! We didnโt use the coffee maker or hair dryer, but they were new and updated as well.
The property is a little loud because of its close proximity to the freeway. There are packets of new earplugs on the nightstand and if the heat/ air is on at all it drowns out the majority of the noise. The rooms could do with a white noise machine or even just simple weather stripping around the windows and doors to help absorb some of the noise.

We were lucky to have been able to get a room on the side of the building opposite the freeway. The freeway-side rooms seem like they would be very noisy, but apparently the hotel offers complimentary ear plugs.

This is a crisp and clean mid century renovation of what may have previously been a non impressive 50 year old motel. The quality workmanship and attention to detail were well noted. The bed was as good as any 4-5 star hotel. The shower was great. Instagram worthy design.
Nothing bad for us. Some have commented on noise and problems with key cards. We were on the backside of the hotel which was quiet and our key cards worked perfect.

The decor is so slick. The room was clean and well appointed. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Looks like it will be a "swim club" in the future which is such a nice addition for Tucson. They allowed pets. They had laundry services and some snacks on site.
The web site didn't mention that the dogs had to be under 50 pounds, so I was lucky that ours was. I was surprised that the pet fee was $50; usually I pay around $25, especially for one night. I wanted some change for tip for the room, and the office didn't have any - I had to walk to Waffle House to get change in order to tip the maid service.

There was no breakfast, and the location was not in the best part of town. The rooms were small but done up nicely. The full length mirror and two shower heads was a great feature.
The room was not stocked with Shampoo, Conditioner, body wash, lotion or soap. The television did not work and one of the beds was not cleaned as it had stains on the comforter.

My room was clean and modern in ambiance, and the facilities were what I needed and everything worked efficiently. The hotel, which opened two months before my stay, was easy to find and a brief drive from downtown Tucson.
Part of the hotel faces the freeway. Expect the background din of traffic, although I was surprised at how quickly I got used to it and wasn't bothered.

This place is awesome! It doesn't look like much from the outside (they're still working on the pool as of March 2025) but the rooms are immaculate and so beautifully designed and decorated. They clearly put a ton of thought and care into this hotel. Beds were very comfortable, shower was fantastic, towels were plush and plentiful. No highway noise in our room on the back side of the hotel. Would absolutely stay here again.
Wish the pool had been completed! Also, offering breakfast would be great.

I would recommend to go to motel 6 is great nice and they have great rooms and great staff and great housekeeping motel 6 is great I would recommend it to everybody that I know I've stayed there before in the past not too long ago and is very nice.

I specifically requested a room away from the frontage road and that was quieter than the other side of the motel would be. They've done a good job of remodeling an old motel and lending it some charm.
At both check in and another time when I wanted to interact with the front desk, the staff member was on prolonged phone calls and didn't acknowledge me standing there, waiting. The fixtures and other aspects of the room are interesting but didn't work properly (sink light would not stay on).

Good sized room and has some actual character. Fridge and coffee maker are nice touches, and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was excellent, though the toilet and shower were small. Has a clock! Amazing parking and good access to downtown and westside areas. Waffle house is directly next door. AC is quiet and ice cubes.
NOTE: Pool is NOT currently constructed as of May 2025.
No microwave is a downer, and the TV only worked on about 5 channels. Most either didn't work or were very spotty. It also wouldn't let me hook up my logins and services, despite being a "smart" TV, it just kept crashing. Water Pressure in the shower was particularly disappointing, I could barely wash myself off.

The fact that your staffed accused me of doing something that I did not do they said it we were smoking in the room which we were not I want to say it was a steam of the shower that made it seem like they were smoking there her detector went off supposedly and she basically told us that I was going to get it squirted out if I continue to smoke I was not smoking so that made me feel uncomfortable and I left then I went to the lobby and said I want to check out it's 3:00 a. M. Your employer told me that I had to come back in the morning and check out that I could not do it then there when I did come back in the morning they said you already checked out at 3:00 so why make me come back we could have just easily check me out and of course they took my deposit cuz I was supposedly smoking now I had a room that did the kita not work so they moving to another room that door stayed open all night these two girls went in there came knocked out and now they want to blame me when I was next door that it was me which it was it did I get into shower and he said that we were smoking in a room which we weren't wasted my money which I wanted to have a good time brand new hotel you know excellent day until then that was very upsetting get accused of something I didn't even do

Location was in a dangerous part of town. Tried to fill a prescription and the drug store (Walgreens) did not have a pharmacy because of the level of crime in the area. In defense of the hotel, the pharmacy is on the opposite side of Interstate 10.

Rain shower head leaked so for us it was not usable. Location is very sketchy and so were some of the tenants. Was disappointed in the noise from traffic but even worse from what I thought were gunshots that we heard on 2 separate occasions starting around 2:30am. These kept us awake and we decided to drive back to Phoenix without staying our second night but of course had to pay for it. Was told from front desk that this was from her car backfiring which she said it does all the time. Backfires, Gunfiresโฆ either way it will wake you up. I actually was very impressed when I arrived and checked out the inside of the room but not real happy with the way the manager/owner I assume handled my complaint.

I love the new renovation they have done so far with the property! The room vibe was super cute.
When we stayed it was under construction/renovation still and there is only one way in and one way out, we noticed our door closed but it really didnโt look closed all the way like it was sticking out a little bit. Room was one of the cleanest I've seen on my 7 day road trip in the southwest. The vibe is comfortable. The staff was super friendly and professional. The staff also were totally chill with me being trans and in a day relationship.The shower was really nice (2 heads! And they had great pressure). I loved all the little touches that you can't get at a chain hotel for this price, like softer sheets and rolled towels that are comfortable, fancy faucets and dimming lights. It was really great, overall. If I'm ever in Tucson again, I'll be staying here.
I could have used a microwave. I get that it doesn't really fit the vibe, but that was something I was missing. I also think the lobby sign needs to be bigger because it took me a bit to find it and then as I was unloading my car, I had 3 separate people who wanted to check-in ask me where it was. We had one ask my husband later too. That's... Not great. (It's on the side of the building where they are putting the pool).

This place was great! Everything there is very high quality and the employees are very friendly and helpful. I think the people complaining about construction or highway noise are overreacting. There is no better alternative to this spot unless you have a lot more money to spend. We will be back!

Doors outside so easy to take my dog in & out. They did have a very small dog potty area. Rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. Location worked out well for my event.
Loud noise because the freeway was right there. Not the nicest part of town. Rooms were a little small. No place to walk my dog at all as so much construction going on, hard to get out of parking lot.

No microwave, no lock for bathroom, pillow too soft because it need to be firm and key card sometime not work so I has go to office to reactivate or get replaced

So quiet. Regular shower head and one from the ceiling. The room was very clean and parking right in front of room. front desk had great personality and helpful at 1:30 am. Beds so comfortable. Will stay again!!
