The hotel was beautiful, clean, in a great location great service and excellent maid service. I enjoyed the comfy beds and spacious rooms and balcony view of the courtyard. Everyone was extremely helpful and polite.

I did not like the bathroom very much as it was somewhat dated and not well designed. The shower was ok but I'm really nit picking. The ice machine could have been better and the room didn't have a refrigerator or large ice bucket. Everything was super expensive on-site but otherwise the hotel was perfect

The room was sumptious - upgraded to a balcony room overlooking the courtyard was an added touch. The bed and bathroom, specifically the shower, was extraordinarily comfortable.

Being charged for Wi-Fi is something I'm not accustomed to. Additionally, the lobby was very crowded but that's to be expected for a popular hotel.

Room was super comfortable and quiet, excellent king size bed, super amenable maid services. The property is well maintained with plenty of gathering spots indoors and out.

At the Fairmont everything is ala cart, internet, tv, ect. unless of course one joins there program which they send you a link to but your unable to open unless you pay for internet which I believe is about 30 dollars for 24 hours. The health club at the facility is well equipped and has a lap pool but in the basement is poorly ventilated, despite numerous air scrubbing machines throughout the facility which is kind on an subterrain labyrinth. The lap pool area has an excess of Chlorine gas which of course makes your swim a bit more of a challenge.

The room was very noisy since it was close to the elevator. There was also lots of noise coming from the courtyard late into the night (loud music). The swimming pool is small and not really designed for laps.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. There was no porter available at the main gate to assist with luggage, and overall, the staff showed no sense of hospitality. Both check-in and check-out were slow, poorly managed, and frustrating. The service fell far below expectations. There are far better hotels in central locations that not only offer better service but also at more reasonable prices. I would not recommend this property.

1) The front desk and housekeeping staff were friendly and responsive. 2) Beautiful lobby and spacious rooms. Great bathrooms. 3) Great toiletries from Le Labo. 4) Convenient location in Georgetown. 5) The gym, pool, and hot tub were very nice.

1) Our room on the 6th floor was very cold during the frigid DC winter. Even after asking the front desk/engineers to increase the temperature, the room never exceeded 67-68 degrees. 2) Although the front desk was responsive, I'm not sure about their competence. They misgendered my salutation on my invoice. This shouldn't happen for a Fairmont property. 3) I didn't like the attitude of the gym staff, simply for getting towels for my family. I don't like to be bothered needlessly by staff when trying to relax. 4) The housekeeper left chemical cleaners in our room. 5) Valet parking was $70 per night, more expensive than Manhattan!
