The location of this hotel is very nice, as is the style of the building and the facilities they offer. It is easy to walk around, Trader Joe's right around the corner, and nearby many nice restaurants, and where my work seminar was being held. The staff were very wonderful and super accommodating. The building felt safe and clean. It was overall a very pleasant experience.

I thought that the hotel room itself had some annoying quirks. Several light sources that I could not seem to unplug or block out when I wanted my room to be dark. One of those annoying fridges stocked with overpriced items rendering it completely useless. I would much prefer an empty mini fridge for my own use. The iron and coffee maker both had old stale water in them when I went to use them. It felt a bit gross not knowing how long the water had been left in there and had a noticeable smell. I'd rather find those items clean and dry so that I can add my own water. I feel like for the very high price tag of this hotel these quirks are unacceptable.

The staff ( and i would like to single out Divina and Erika) at the front desk were great. Very welcoming , making sure I was comfortable and helped in choosing the best room for my needs. The location is perfect between Georgetown , The Golden Triangle and the GWU campus. The room and bathroom was spacious , well furnished and extremely comfortable.

The gym was unfortunately not up to the standard of the rest of the property. It was dark , cramped with older equipment.

The location and the size of the room

No packages for long stay with valet parking I paid 56$ per day for 12 days. The hotel is not convenient for long stays as there is no laundromat room in the hotel No breakfast buffet If you are not a member of Bo boy they charge you 15$ per night for internet. Last thing is my flight is at 9 PM I requested a late check out at 2 PM, the answer was we can’t because your membership doesn’t qualify you for late checkout.

Didn’t like that they don’t have room service. I arrived late night after a very long flight and didn’t want to go down to the restaurant to eat. Then, I had to do what I did not want, go to the restaurant which has a very small menu, only few options to choose.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The on site laundry was clean and convenient. The room was very clean and comfortable and the beds were very comfortable! The pool was cute and clean even though we didn?t use it. Breakfast was good! Good coffee too!

couple suggestions: If you can?t put in an elevator, how about a stair lift chair For us older guests with bad knees.? Also, bathroom vent had been taken out/replaced with just a bulb. Nice having more light, but an actual exhaust vent really is needed.

The people were wonderful. Paul at the front desk and our waitress went above and beyond in giving us information about Georgetown and where to go. It's the people that makes a hotel what it is. The points I've made that were negative are the things that can easily be fixed but finding the right people who love the hotel business they are in is really important and the Westin has achieved that!

The top of the clothes closet needs to be dusted, the dinner salmon was overcooked and it was too expensive, and the phone was hard to read (maybe needs another face to put on it) and figure out (no such thing as "front desk") and I couldn't call another room from my room. Also, it only rings 3 times, not sure why.
