We loved the room, the shower was good and the location was great! A market right outside with bars, restaurants and shops. Very close to the metro and everything we needed.
And the location was still quiet.

Amazing place to stay, 8 minutes from public transit U4 line. Cool that the beds are elevated off the floor. There was a record player which is super nice with many nice records to listen too. Also, there was a bottle of wine and plenty of space to cook and rest.
The wooden couch could use some butt cushions, but otherwise it was great.

Perfect location. Steps away from the local market, with fantastic produce and local restaurants/bars - but facing the perpendicular street for a very quiet atmosphere inside the apartment. We really enjoyed the calm of the area and yet how close it is the key metro stations to access the city.
The height of the ceiling in the loft is a little low. We kept forgetting and hit our heads a few times coming up the stairs or heading out of the room.
The downstairs is roomy and well set up. I would suggest a few more pillows or a throw to put on the hard wood bench for more comfortable seating.

Great location, felt like living there. Unusual design and layout. Very spacious. Great wifi. Well appointed kitchen.
The only thing I missed was a comfortable chair or sofa - only option for sitting are hard chairs and wooden bench around a table. Great for working but not for chilling. There are some big cushions but they kept sliding off the wooden bench.

Overall our experience was good, the room is nice and it offers everything that is basically needed for your stay. It's great that right across the road there is a little market where you can find a lot (small restaurants, different food products etc). I'd say that for short (2 night like us) stays it's ok, for longer than that it's not that great.
The term "hotel" included in the name is a bit misleading. This is basically a one room apartment (small) with a toilet, shower and a small area with a sink/mirror (the later ones are separated from the room only with a heavy curtain). It has it's own separate entrance and you get the keys from a locker, no reception, you don't meet any staff members. Pay attention to the door as you can easily lock ourself out of the room.

I liked the shower a lot! The bed was super comfortable, the room had a cool unique look to it and it was big enough for two people for a week, and they had guides and a map lying on the desk. Easily accessible to the metro and wherever you want to go
Somehow the bathroom always smelled like piss, the smell didn't go away no matter how long the vent was on. Tv could have some more channels, always news or tv shop on it, not much interesting on if we wanted to spend the night in watching TV

Inaccurate and confusing directions to the location. In the first instance to an incorrect address. Secondly, when finding the location, confusion over how to access the key.
Most disturbing was the key operated double latching internally. Universally, fire regulations specify that to escape any exit door must be operable from the inside without the aid of a key. Anyone who may have paranoia about security could remove the key for safety and be trapped in an emergency. This serious matter needs to be raised with this accommodation!

Great spacious, clean and beautiful accommodation in perfect location close to U-bahn. We had a corner apartment that had a big room with small kitchenette and smaller room with a sitting space. The kitchenette had a stove, fridge, coffee machine and water boiler, but no microwave.
The apartment did not get too hot, even if there was no air conditioning and the temperature outside was over 30 for several days. It was always nice to come back after spending time in the heat outside.
We spent 6 nights in this hotel but the apartment was not cleaned at all during our stay. Not sure if that is their policy or if we were somehow forgotten. After the 4th night, we requested for new towels and got them right away.
If it is hot outside and you need to keep the windows open, there is a lot of noise from traffic and the market. And it starts really early, like 5am. It did not bother us (our toddler wakes up at 6am anyway), but might be a bigger deal for someone else.

Good location, next to the metro station which brings you to the city center. There are grocery shops around. Kitchen has basics for quick cooking or warming up the meal. Depsite the fact that check-in and Wi-Fi details were not available, telephone support worked well and answered quickly to the call. Parking is either in the street (paid) or in the underground next shopping mall (paid as well)
Water drainage in bathroom is not that good, so the wooden door is actually deformed by this and there were some ants. We rewashed plates and cutlery, as they were not very clean from previous tenants. Unfortunately, the online check-in was sort of a quest. We did not get the instructions of getting the keys online by support, so we had to call them and get the explanation. Another quest was to get the password of Wi-Fi (it was not in the room, maybe someone threw it away?), so we had to call again late evening on arrival to get the info.

We enjoyed our stay in Meidlinger Markt. We were not aware that the room allocated to us did not have A/C, but the staff was most helpful installing 2 fans and to move us to their hotel in Fillgradergasse 16. It was very hot in Vienna during our stay, so the move was very much appreciated.
The staff was most helpful, very friendly and accomodating. The location of both locations was excellent with easy access to public transport, restauants, bars and shops. We shall be back
We would have preferred to have a more comfortable seat either in the bedroom or in the living area - but then this might be not be needed for younger travellers

Although a little way out of the centre of Vienna, the location was right next to the metro (2.5 Euro to the centre of Vienna, 10 minutes) and 10 minutes walk away from the train station (25 minute direct link from airport at 5 Euro each way)
There were great restaurants and a food market across the street with a large supermarket, 2 minutes walk away
The apartment was very well appointed and comfortable
Don't be put off by the outside appearance, it's an old confectionery shop.

Both room and bathroom were extremely clean. Coffee machine with spare capsules, kettle and teabags, free bottle of water, iron were another pros of this accommodation. Perfect place for a quick city-break with backpack only :)
We got completely different room from the one presented in the offer pictures (smaller one and much darker). Also check-in instructions I got in pdf on my email address were only in German language, which was quite confusing, but Google Translate solved the problem quite well. :)

Good location, very spacious, super pleased when we first arrived and entered. Lovely little place to get away for a weekend or a few days with friends. Super convenient location. Everything was provided just as in a regular hotel. My early check-in request was approved which was handy.
The door to the room was slightly hard to unlock with the key. Some parts of the bathroom didn't appear to have been cleaned properly.
