Be cautious—this property withholds additional €250 from your card, but they only inform you about it after you’ve completed and paid for your booking. To be honest, they have return it back several days after you checkout but this can leave you stranded without access to funds you had planned to use, especially if you’re traveling. The service is extremely impersonal and entirely virtual; there’s no reception or staff to assist you in person. Instead, you’re left to navigate countless online instructions just to access your room, making it feel more like a “hidden treasure” scavenger hunt than a straightforward check-in experience.
Too bad to consider it again, sorry but emotionless, rigid, non-friendly user booking and staying experience.

It wasn’t clean, very dusty coffee machine drip dirty water, there were unwashed glasses with wine in the bottoms.
They didn’t mention that there are workers in this period, too noisy every morning and it smells so bad as they were making the road nearby…
Location wise it’s very far from the city center I don’t advise you to stay there specially if you’re staying for few days

It was a new, comfortable and very clean studio. There is a metro station near to the apartment so public transport is easily accessible. You need at least 20 min to fo to the center. Whether you're in Vienna for sightseeing or business, this spot offers the perfect balance of comfort and accessibility.
There is a small kitchen with all the essentials like mugs, plates, glasses. There is a coffee machine too.
For the level of comfort, quality, and service offered, Wilma’s Apartments by Arbio provides excellent value for money. It’s perfect for anyone looking for a stylish and hassle-free stay in Vienna.

The apartment is really nice - new and super cosy. I especially liked the hospitality touch - Fererro and Duplo welcome chocolates. The bed is amazingly comfortable.
I didn't like the fact that I was charged 250 euros deposit without a prior notice. It was nowhere mentioned in the reservation, nor anyone reached out to inform me it will be taken. The money has just been withdrawn from my card. While I understand the logic behind the deposit, this should be highlighted in the offer. I felt stressed because of this during the stay, and after I left had to reach out several times to ensure the money is credited back.

Lots of things are near by, you can go shopping, grocery shopping, coffee shops, bakery, etc.
The moment i came there was problem with key for my room, there was no key in the box. The "reception" on intercom was terrible, I had to wait hours literally hours outside on cold, trying to comunicate with them via intercom several times, until the problem was solved. I tried reaching them on phone number noone ever anwsered. Communication via booking was ridiulous also. Room was fine, it wasnt the cleanest but it can pass. House keepers should do a better job. There was weird smell comming from bathroom, and sometimes hot water runs out relativly fast. The biggest problem was with the return of f"security deposit" 250e which i did not even know i have to pay, but ok. I left the room in perfect condition. Also made fotos of it, just in case.
It took a long time, and alot of nerves to get my security deposit back. I am really disappointed.

Good apartment with quite good location, a lot of public transport just in few minutes. A lot of people say that there’s no stove, but microwave does most of the job as it has option grill, I personally made pasta and chicken so it works just fine, of course you can’t cook something like soup, but it worked for me, if you would want to cook something you would be able to do that. Everything is pretty clean, you have extra towels and bedding in the cupboard. TV is a bit slow, but gets the job done, has Netflix and Youtube. Fridge, lights, AC, shower and sinks, kettle and coffee machine work perfectly. Balcony and garden are quite nice. Place is quiet which is nice, and people are just fine, no weirdos here luckily!! The stay was perfect, not really suitable for longer than a week or two, but I was very happy with my stay! 5 stars! would recommend and stay again.

Be careful! This property is very bad! They block money from credit card without permission! They took me 250€ from Credit Card without permission! First they accepted it that it was for security purposes only then for 1 month NEVER replied my messages! I contacted many times them, also opened a dispute but Booking staff was helpless! Be careful! Never book to this property!

There's a nice indoor coworking area and courtyard with a big table that would be especially useful during warm time.
Room features everything you need except maybe for a stove.
I ln addition to the lightning available I would probably just add another small lamp or ambient light source that could be used in the evening apart from the separate kitchen area lightning.
The had a Ground level room. That's why it turned to be different to what we seen on a pictures and a room facilities list. There was no balcony unexpectedly.
That's all not a big deal for us but just as a notice for a management to review the presentation mentioning Ground level differences

Very comfortable, and very good value. You can't get anything this nice in such a location for such a low price in Vienna. On top of that a kitchen! Location very convenient. I was not charged the €250 deposit at all. The room had some wear and tear but not shabby. TV had Netflix and prime. Quiet at night, nice lobby with free coffee, candy, and a vending machine.
The person that answered my messages online was not very polite or clear. Nor were they informed about room details when I asked. The dishes in the cupboard were wet.

- I stayed over one night, 12 hours. My card was pre-authorized for deposit payment 3 times the cost of accommodation 1.5 day before I even arrived to property and is going to be blocked up to 7 days after my checkout
- I have no objection regarding deposit, but I do not like my funds to be blocked for a week because of one night stay.
- I did not feel like a guest but like a suspect
- The booking process fully automated, spamming my email 3 times a day

The rooms are decent and decently equipped.
This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. The customer service is nonexistent. They charge 35 euros for room cleaning but don’t even change the bedding. When I requested fresh bedding, they demanded an additional 30 euros — and even after agreeing to pay, they never delivered it. Their behavior is nothing short of greedy. To make matters worse, they have withheld money they owe me and refuse to resolve the issue, leaving me no choice but to seek legal action to recover my funds.
If you wish to avoid issues, avoid this place.

Overall it was ok but I have yet to fine a value on places that do not have a human providing hospitality, no free late checkout , no place to store luggage , it’ was far from everywhere except the metro station , they gave us clean towels once for a nine day stay sheets where never changed , I do. It see the values I paid $1500.00 for this absolutely not a value , we did get an opportunity to do laundry since are trip consisted of a month and half over Europe .

The room has everything that you could need. It‘s clean, the bed is comfortable, our balcony was looking to the indoor garden, which was amazing cause it was quite and you can enjoy your coffee there. The location is also good, close to buses and the subway.
