Very clean and comfortable apartment in a super quiet area. We did not hear any sound from the outside or other guests. The owner was super friendly and helpful. Lots of food options nearby weather you want to eat at a restaurant or make something for yourself in the kitchen available in the apartment. Parking is available around the corner at the Interspar and it costs 16 euro a day.

They have managed to create a cosy feel in the middle of bustling Vienna.
The apartment was very clean, and everything from the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom were well designed. Beds were comfortable and the sofa bed was equally comfortable.
Location slightly further away from main attractions, but accessible via public transport.

Anette was such a pleasure! She recommended incredible cafes/restaurants that ended up being our favorite spots on the trip to Vienna. When we had a fuse issue (bc of our converters), she responded to my email quickly, showed up at our room, and fixed the problem with no complaints even though it was a Saturday. You can tell she cares a lot about the property.
The room itself was incredible - my only regret was not staying longer to get more use out of it! The amenities (kitchen supplies, free refreshments in the fridge, shampoo/body wash, coffee supplies, etc... ) were much appreciated and reception was super quick if needed anything replenished. The interior design made me want to redo my entire apartment! Lol
The location is fine - the neighborhood is very residential and quiet, so if you're a tourist just be prepared to use the public transit system!
The shower felt a tad dark as there is no direct light above it (if I showered after taking out my contacts, I would have a difficult time seeing). And it would have been helpful if there were a sign explaining the towel heater.

It's spacious, TV was great, and the kitchen was fully equipped!
It wasn't dirty, but not fully clean either.
Some stains on the wall and the table, big spider in the corner, and a good amount of dust on surfaces. Also rooms get cleaned every 4 days, and since we stayed for 4 nights, we haven't got room service (however they did mention that we can specifically ask if we need any services outside of the 4 days period, such as cleaning, new towels etc, I'm not sure if that would have been free of charge)

Beautifully furnished and decorated apartment and lovely staff. Loved the provided hand and shower shampoos! The neighborhood is lovely, open market and lovely restaurants nearby, city center is accessible by metro and the station is just a few minutes from the apartments.
Superior apartment had a sofa bed and queen bed, but sleeping room could not be separated because there is no door. Also, we could only get towels replaced and garbage picked up on the fourth day of the stay, which was unnecessarily long.

Everything, the bedroom, the area, the kitchen, the decoration... Also the security around and to enter at the building. The bathroom is really large and the balcony is a nice plus to the flat. Very advisable!
I liked everything but some points could be improved:
- The exhaustion of the kitchen which seems that doesn't exist and some smell stays at the flat
- Should have a better table to take the meals
- Of course is not in the center, but you have metro very close to the flat

Excellent location within an easy 15mins by metro to the centre of Vienna. Very quiet with all the facilities you could need for a short or long stay. The girl on reception was lovely and very helpful. The apartment is modern and very well equipped. Small kitchenette is a bonus if you want to save money on breakfast ect.
Nothing really to complain about. Possibly the aircon is not quite up to very hot days.

The staff were kind enough to complement the stay with snacks and drinks (chips, gummy bears, chocolate, lemonade, bottled water, coffee and tea). The bed was so comfortable, the air conditioning was working perfect. The decor was beautiful, just check the pictures! If youβre using public transport (which is highly recommended), itβs only 10-15 mins from the Hauptbahnhof. Iβm really shocked with the value (as it was very affordable). Not to mention how sweet the staff are (shoutout to Natascha).

- Very good location. The subway station is near and there are many restaurants and supermarkets. There is a nearby Turkish barbershop. There is a big SPAR supermarket nearby.
- Staff were super nice and helpful.
- The apartment is kind of small but not in a very bad way. We were two, and it was just good enough. Had we had an additional person like a baby our child then it would have been a little annoying.

There is no good thing about the hotel except self check in.
They didn't tell us when we booked the accommodation that there are big works in front of the hotel and there is literally no chance to enter the hotel without getting dirty with mud and dust.
We came for 2 nights with children of 2 and 3 years old and it was impossible to sleep because of the dust in the room and the allergies that tormented us.
We went to the pharmacy at midnight to get medicine.
We put all the pillows and bedding in the bathroom because they are full of feathers and dust that collects from the works in front of the hotel.
Parking is not free, it costs 8e per day and it is located 560 meters from the hotel - it is simply amazing what the hotel does to attract guests (type it on google maps and everything will be clear to you). walking distance is 300 m through closed streets for traffic!!
There is nothing to do with luxury except in the name of the accommodation.

It is far from all the attractions and the surrounding is not so pretty. The person from the reception lay on us!! We made a reservation for the parking lot and they sent us the address from google maps and when we arrived he sowed the ticket, we showed him but he didnβt say anything. The location is not central but very well connected, there is also Meidling train station close by - with many trains to other cities in Austria. I got lucky with the price, there was a discount, probably it's more expensive usually, and it's worth it!

The smell of the food was trapped in the room, even though we aired out the place immediately and turned on the vent in the bathroom to get the smell out. Overall the hotel is not bad. Its nicely build, its neat. Its one of those better ones for sure. The street in front of the hotel is fairly quiet but not all the time. The parking garage is near by and it was not the worst garage i saw. A good tip here - after u park your car make sure u keep the parking ticket with u at all times. Coz u will exit the garage walking up some very dirty stinky stairs and via a door that leads to a street. U will also go back the same way but to be able to do that u need to scan your parking ticket on the entry door . There is a scanner on the door that is easy to miss. So remember u can exit no problemo but cant enter the garage unless u scan the ticket .
And about the paying system in the garage - u insert the first ticket u got at your arrival and then the second ticket u get from the hotel. Nothing else. Two tickets right after each other.
I will not book this hotel again. There were many small details that made my stay unpleasant - horrible mattresses, paper thin floors so we had to listen to the guests above us stomping till 2am., ghetto area, screaming kids from the opposite building, small garden turned out to be just a smoking area. The major issue that made me not like this place was that after our arrival there was a blackout caused by a near by building. 30 minutes passed by and no one called or came to inform us what was happening. So i called the one and only emergency number that is provided for each guest but no one picked up. I called several times. I texted them. Nothing. Long story short, the incident caused some small issues but im not gonna go into details. The hotel not picking up their "emergency line" is just irresponsible. For me its a hard pass. DO BETTER!

The parking ticket was lacking as I was staying for 4 days which is 3 nights and the tickets were provided was only 3 tickets which made me pay for the last day which costs 11 euros. The house is in a very good condition, as well as the room. The room itself was nice and comfortable. There are several restaurants in the neighborhood, some of them really nice, but reservation is highly recommended (they fill quickly, especially on weekends - including breakfast).

The room is really clean, spacious and modern. The bathroom is excellent. The staff was very friendly and supportive, I had some requests and they promptly supported me.
I was worried that the reception was staffed until 4pm and I had to make my check in late in the evening, but the instructions were super clear and their automated check in prices worked perfectly and smoothly.
Not that this was a problem, but the apartments are not located at Vienna historic downtown. However they are less than 8 min walk from the 2 main subway lines. Took us around 20 min to get to historic downtown.

It was a recent refurbished and very clean room, especially the bed sheets and towels. it is big enough for 2 persons. Amenties, kitchen equipment and facilities were excelent! Good locatiom next to the metro station. even we interacted with the staff onlt through messages and e-msils we received very clear indications on how to arrive, on line checkin and out, access in the room and garage.
The matress and pillows were too soft.

Nice apartment with everything you need for few days in Vienna. Great location. U6 few minutes walking. Free parking 300m from the hotel. Lidl and many supermarkets close but also plenty of places to eat outside. Easy self check in and out process. I recommend it.
