Awesome location right near main walking street, metro station and the Cathedral. The breakfast and the serving staff were great. Lots of hot/cold choices. We mainly walked to the local sites because the location is very central. Somewhat easy to take transit to the airport - less than taxi but we had to deal with luggage which wasn't too bad (Metro to main train station then direct train to airport). We took transit to Schonbrunn Palace (great) and Bratislava (average...we just wanted to see it)

This hotel has the perfect location right in the heart of the city. It is located next to St. Stephen’s Cathedral, which makes it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. McDonald’s, Starbucks, and Billa supermarket are just 30 seconds away across from the hotel, and the subway station is only a 3-minute walk away.
Everything about the stay was great. The breakfast was good — not a huge variety of dishes, but sufficient and satisfying. Although the exterior of the hotel looks a bit old, the interior is very well maintained and extremely clean. The bathroom has been renovated and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable, which made our stay even more pleasant.
Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and I would happily stay here again.
Nothing.

Excellent location to discover Vienna. Very friendly personnel. Good rooms, good breakfast.
If I have to mention a potential improvement, I would say the pillows were too soft in our view.
Further truly all well organized.

The location is perfect. You are right in the heart of the city. I had never been to Vienna so it was brilliant to walk every where and get back to the hotel. It was spotlessly clean and warm. The staff were very nice and always polite and helpful. It isn't part of some faceless chain , it has some local character which gives charm and a sense of location. My room was very large with lovely high ceilings and I could not hear anything from outside except the church bells which just added to the sense of location and authenticity.
The bed was a little firm for my taste. The wood flooring meant you could hear others if they didn't take their shoes off. But some noise is to be expected and it wasn't disturbing.

Location is superb - less than 10 steps from Stephan Platz - the center of the old area of Vienna, Many places to visit are at walking distance from Stephan Platz and the stairs to main subway lines are in that platz as well.
The room was perfect, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
The breakfast is excellent, very rich and varied, the place is quiet and pleasant atmosphere.
I can't say I didn't like anything. everything was perfect. The price was very reasonable but we stayed there at off-season.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, in the heart of St Stephenplatz! The rooms have an okd world charm and it is clear they have made modern improvements in certain aspects.
The bathroom didnt make best use of the space and there wasn't a lot of places to put your toiletries.

Great central location, easy to find and easy to travel from. Room was clean and staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great and made a lovely start to the day.
The room was very warm and it was necessary to have a window open at times and could get noisy from outside traffic however this is to be expected in such a central location.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is superb, literally on the doorstep of the main central plaza. The beds were super comfy and the shower was newly fitted so functioned really well. Really nice and toasty in the room even without is switching on the heating which was amazing during our January stay.
Limited breakfast, a tad dated, hallways were being renovated during our stay so perhaps that's being addressed. We were unfortunately next door to a very loud couple of men who were drunk and very loud into the early hours of the morning (on our first night) but that was a one off, otherwise the hotel was nice and peaceful.
