Attentive service; comfortable accommodation and impeccable cleanliness. Very good breakfast. Great location.
The car park (very very expensive!!!) was far away and there was a work in progress blocking the entrance, making access and movement of both cars and people very difficult. Breakfast is at Duke's Palace, diferent building. So, when choosing and booking, pay attention to the fact that they are two different places, as they are very different in many aspects: the Duke's Palace (main building, with the air of a castle, where breakfast is served and is connected to the car park) and the Duke's Palace Residence (apartment block on the side street, not connected to the main building). There is no lift from the car park.

Lovely terrace area to relax in. Proximity to the main square was just a few minutes walk.
The room was a little small and the furniture was tired and could do with replacing.

Location is fantastic. The hotel is comfortable and housekeeping very efficient. Breakfast at The Dukes Palace is a great way to start the day and offers a wide choice in a lively environment and efficient staff.
The garden of The Dukes Palace is a lovely place to relax but unfortunately at the moment its not that restful due to building work.

Good location.
Wifi was weak to non-existent. First room didn't have TV reception. . I was moved to a second room which didn't have a hair dryer. The residence doesn't have any staff working at a reception desk so any issues have to be taken up with the main hotel. It feels a little abandoned or an afterthought.
I paid for breakfast to be included but wasn't able to make use of the breakfast for one of the days. The manager would not give me a credit for the breakfast claiming that they had accounted for me when preparing the buffet. Really ludicrous. The buffet was a standard buffet that you would get at most hotels. Nothing exceptional. Not really sure that the hotel was worth the money.

All the staff were lovely and friendly. We were offered towels when we got caught in a shower on the way to check in. The decor was lovely and location was great.
We had an upgraded room, however the bathroom needed some work. There was a crack in the sink, the toilet smelt and the shower flooded.

Confortable and calm, we had an amazing room with a small balcony and the wc was separated from the bathroom. Bedding was very comfortable
Loved the location very central. The access to Duke Palace is an advantage, there are a lots of couches to chill in the lobby.
No food available in the residence, you have to go to the main hotel Lobby. The gym is small, no spa available to relax, only massage, you have to book in advance.

Our hotel was lovely, & just across the road from its parent hotel, The Dukes' Palace, where we had to check in & also where we went for breakfast. Underground parking was also provided below the parent hotel, at an additional cost, but it was so convenient & secure. What a little gem the lovely Dukes' Palace Residence Hotel was : the location is perfect in a quiet little cobbled street & our rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean & came with toiletries & coffee making machines. It was very quiet too, though only a few minutes' walk away from all the hustle & bustle of the main attractions. Breakfast was served at the main Dukes' Palace Hotel across the road, which is an absolutely stunning hotel that resembles a castle. It's beautiful. We were absolutely spoiled for choice at breakfast - what a sumptuous feast we were presented with, and what choice! Just amazing! Sadly, we were only in Bruges staying at this fabulous hotel for one night, but if ever we find ourselves in this gorgeous city again, we'll be heading straight back to this hotel. We can't recommend it highly enough.
Absolutely nothing could have been better. It was a perfect score of 10/10. We'll be back for sure.

- Excellent room renovation. The bathroom especially stands out. In many ways, it’s for her sake that you can go to this hotel
- Wonderful location right in the center of Bruges. At the same time, the hotel street is quiet and tourists do not interfere with your sleep
- The hotel price is a bit expensive (but this is normal for Bruges)

Staff is very helpful and kind, smiling all the time,
Check-in and check-out process,
Location is wonderful, easy to walk everywhere in 10 mins, easy to access with a taxi or uber car
Room and around is very quiet,
Everywhere in the hotel and residence is clean,
Air condition works very well
Everything aside pillows are not that much comfortable
Hotel slippers could be there for that quality of room and pricing

Fantastic location a few mins walk from the main square, but still tucked away down a quiet street. Rooms are VERY spacious so we were happy after staying in very small rooms in Berlin and Amsterdam prior to Bruges. Bathrooms and amenities were also fantastic, as were the staff - they were always willing to help
Honestly can't complain about anything. Maybe the parking could be a bit cheaper? Didn't see any reception staff (even though there is a desk in the Residence), we had to walk to the main hotel for anything admin-related but it's not a problem at all, it's literally 30 seconds away. Would definitely stay there again

You cannot beat the location of this hotel. It is in the heart of Bruge, especially if you are coming to visit during the Christmas holidays and want to walk to the markets. It is also very cute and comfortable. The main hotel is beautiful, and the hotel staff were very, very helpful.
It is difficult to stay in the residence because we had to go outside for breakfast. The first day we had to do this, it was pouring rain. I did not dress for walking outside because the night before we were told breakfast would be held in the same building. It was just unfortunate that couldn't have been communicated prior to us coming downstairs that morning in order to know how to dress for the weather.

Location is superb.
Breakfast spread was good.
Stay was comfortable.
A.Cup for coffee had lipstick marks - which is unacceptable for anyone.
B. We told & double checked w reception that our breakfast box should not have meat. But they gave 2 meat & 1 cheese sandwich. Why this kind of mistake ?
If it has to be top class then this must not happen.

The hotel itself is stunning and perfectly located, we stayed in the residences next door which was lovely as it felt really private. The staff in the hotel were so helpful whenever we needed recommendations or reservations to be made. The rooms in the residences are spacious, comfortable, very clean and tastefully decorated, we even got a free upgrade! We could not have asked for more and would recommend to others.

We stayed across the courtyard at the Dukes Palace Residences. It was beautiful as well. I can’t compare the Palace rooms with what we had but ours was quaint. We were on the top floor and the room had dormers but it was very nice. Bathroom was gorgeous and the beds were comfortable. We were very happy with our choice in Brugge. 5*****
