The location was superb. Easy parking. Tomas and Katherine were lovely members of staff, as were the others (whom I did not catch their names). Great beds.
The manager could have been more friendly like his staff. Tried everything in his power to ignore his guests. Very odd. Light on bathroom mirror doesn't work, no plug for the kettle, towels were rock hard and have seen better days.

Beautiful building, down a quiet street but 5 mins walk to the centre of town. Super value for money. Comfortable and clean rooms. Lovely balcony. Booked bed only but breakfast looked amazing. Meals in Bruges are expensive so booking breakfast at the hotel might just be as expensive as and probably better than the cost of a coffee and croissant in a cafe
The shower in over the bath / not a problem for me but might be worth asking if there are rooms with walk in showers if you prefer.

Excellent location right next to the square. Very clean, seating area in the room was lovely by window/door to balcony (unsure if you can stand out on balcony/roof). The window was very welcome. The bells from the tower were very atmospheric. The hotel staff were very friendly. Beautiful downstairs in hotel.
Only air con not working in room no issue as not too hot weather and welcome window.
Shower was acceptable but not powerful bit low if tall. Otherwise brilliant and would return.

The hotel is very close to the market square. We got there early and they have a locked room to keep your luggage. The room was comfortable with a couple of chairs to relax in. Had lots of places to side and relax around the hotel. Staff was nice.
The lighting in the bathroom was terrible. The bathroom ventilation is none and there is mold on the ceiling and walls. This is something that should be looked at immediately.

A nice hotel in the heart of the city. Comfortable bed, nice patio.

A narrow passage in the room, two people may already be uncomfortable.

The location is really good, they serve an amazing breakfast and the room is spacious. Also the decoration of the premises is great.
The could replace the bath-showers by step-in showers. The bath is really dangerous of slipping. The pillowsโ quality can be improved. The reception service is not so friendly as the breakfast one.
