Great location, stylish and cosy interior. It is also possible to drive by car directly to the hotel to drop off the luggage and then leave for a nearby underground parking lot. Everything important is quickly reachable by feet.
The room was smaller than we expected (more like 12 sqm than 18...), especially the bathroom. The street was quite noisy from the early morning. Room was really hot in the hot weather, but there was a large desk fan available and with open windows during the night the air cooled down nicely. If you want to drive a car from Zilverpand parking to the hotel you need to drive almost around whole Brugges (just kidding, but it is definitely 4km - Google Maps has wrong one-way streets in Brugges).

The tower bell nearby sounded nice, however it was pretty loud and awakening Breakfast was OK, but we missed more warm food, there were only boiled eggs.

Localisation is very good, few minutes from the city center but not directly on the most busy streets. Bed is comfortable and the staff was very helpfull. The room was clean. The building is nice and beautiful with a lot of paintings and portraits.
Room smaller than the pictures, there was bigger rooms for the same price so we didn't appreciate this. The room is small and moving around the room was not comfortable for two people. Especially if we wanted to use a single small table, we had to put it in the passage between the bed and the wall, and then the passage was blocked and it was impossible to move around the room. The building is old, thus the shower didn't have any pressure and the water temperature suddenly change from warm to boiling water and one of us got burned on the belly.

The atmosphere of the hotel Is amazing. This Is not your standart Hotel that you've seen a variaty of hundreds of times before. This one Is trully unique. The pair of owners that runs the place Is very kind and helfpul. It's located in the city center So you can get everywhere quickly.
Breakfast has all the Essentials And Is pretty cheap for the Area.
This one Is trully magical place And if you can overlook some quirks you will fall in love with it for sure.
This was not an issue for us but it Is good to know. It Is very charming but it's good to know that staircases And hallways Are pretty narrow And since there Is no elevator, it can be difficult for people with reduced mobility to reach their room.
It Is located in the center So some noise could be heard from the street during the night. If you are a light sleeper, it's good to have ear plugs on you.

The accommodation is located in a great area, our room had a view of the Belfort Tower. The staircase is very cozy, as is the whole building. The staff was always kind to us, and the breakfast was impeccable. If someone is visiting Bruges and wants to stay in the middle of the old town in a quiet area, I strongly recommend it.

The only thing perfect about the hotel is location.
The room smells fresh but the bedding, pillows and cushions need a deep clean. The drawers in the bathroom were full of dust and dirt - not usable. Obviously you don't go to the hotel to clean so you can settle in properly. I wouldn't recommend it for a family stay with children. They had a sleeping cot for a baby which was dirty, food stains. No highchair available which is not convenient if you book their breakfast which was too expensive for what they serve. Coffee was terrible. If you only need a overnight stay, bed to sleep in the center it can do, but if you look for comfort, good breakfast and really clean and spacious room look elsewhere. Not a good value for the money.

The hotel is in a great location. It was good value compared to other options when I visited towards the end of March. The bed was very comfortable, and there was ample hot water in the morning for a shower. The breakfast cost extra, but was worth it. It was a really excellent spread. It's a 2 star hotel so don't be expecting luxurious rooms, but it was great for a short stay.
I liked it all. It was clean, comfortable, and centrally located. It's not for those who want luxury (it's a 2 star hotel), but I found it perfect for a one night stay.

We absolutely loved the quirky, homey, comfy property! The Staff/managers/(owners?) were so welcoming, lovely people. Also super helpful. Room was clean and had everything we needed. (And if it didnt, theres a sign on the back of the door telling us that all we had to do was call the front desk and theyd provide us with what we needed!) Shower had great pressure!
This is not a chain so I cannot imagine how hard it is to keep up with constant fixes!but blackout curtains may need to be installed, and the bathroom doors may need updating.

The design of the interior is really interesting. Has a 16th century vibe. The staff was nice and welcoming, allowing us to store our luggage until our room was ready. The location is 5 minutes walking distance from the main square. The room was clean and committed to the whole design of the hotel.
The room was really, really small and the bathroom as well. It doesn't have air conditioning, just a fan that we had to keep on all night (we stayed in late June). You are somewhat at the mercy of other clients because you can hear everything outside your room.

The room was super hot and although a plus in fan was provided it didn't cool the room at all. If u like small rustic, no frills (Inc no fresh towels and no air con) this will be perfect. I am not overly fussy so got on with it, but this is my honest opinion

This little hotel was in a really central location for exploring this beautiful town. It was clean and the beds were quite comfortable too.
I know it is not listed in their facilities section, but there is nowhere to make a cup of tea/coffee in the hotel (communal or otherwise). You need to pre-order your breakfast by 6pm the previous evening to get anything. We did not pre-order the breakfast as were hoping to go out in the morning for an early walk. Little did we know that on a Sunday most cafes are not open until well after 9am. When I returned to the hotel, the woman owner made me feel like a thief for helping myself to a cup of boiling water. She also berated me like a child because I had not double locked the front door when going out just after 8am. I understand the safety element, but it was broad daylight when I left. Also, the rudeness was inexcusable. In all my years of travelling, this is the first time I have experienced this type of inhospitality. I couldnt wait to get out if there. We would have been more comfortable in a hostel. A communal tea/coffee station and a friendlier attitude would go a long way in making this a very pleasant place to stay,

This hotel is underrated. I had a great stay here! The room is exactly what you see in the pictures. It's clean, comfortable, and the location can't be beat. You're a 5 minute walk from the Market Place and surrounded by great shops, restaurants, and only about 10 minutes away from the bus headed into the train station (or you can walk there in about 20 minutes). As a solo female traveller, I felt comfortable walking around at all hours and had no concerns. Totally worth it and a great price.
