General state of disrepair. Missing drawer pulls, few electrical outlets and the one in the bathroom was broken. Quite "cheap" and neglected construction. Needs a thorough cleaning (for example, years of dust and grime on light switches).
No AC, so towels didn't dry, but they did bring fresh towels during the day.

Couldn't find much to like tea and coffee were ok'
There was mould in that many parts of the room curtains toilet, the floor had that many stains on the carpet it looked like the pattern, ripped curtains we were too frighted to use spa encase that had germs Have plenty of photos to back up our allegations

The staff member that checked us in was friendly & helpful.
It was a huge disappointment to find everything was so dirty! The bedding was so gross, full of stains even through it had been โwashedโ there was hair laying on the sheets. One of the โwhiteโ duvets was so full of many years worth of stains it was grey.
Walls were so filthy that we bought antibacterial wet wipes to clean above the beds where the pillows were touching. Also cleaned the tap handles in the kitchen & bathroom & handle of the electric jug & the wipes were sickeningly filthy afterwords. The door lock was very flimsy with no bolt for backup so I used a personal item to wedge the door shut for safety at night.
The dining table was broken. The shower was barely a trickle, very hard to wash shampoo out. The towels were full of stains too. From the light fixtures all the way down the carpet the place was gross! I donโt mind if a place is old & tired but this was filthy! I am so disappointed, cannot recommend this place at all!

The fact it was close to the town centre and the spa bath was enjoyable after a long day. The 2 female receptionists were a pleasure to deal with, super helpful and listened when we need something.
The bathrooms werenโt cleaned properly, for example the shower head was covered in black mold. We had to move rooms after 2 nights as the rooms werenโt soundproof for the 2 storey building as we could hear the people in the room above us walking around and the bed in the first room was so uncomfortable. The male receptionist was unbelievably rude when we had to ask him something, even thought it was okay to have a go and yell at my husband which is highly unacceptable to treat paying guests like that. I have worked in hotel reception for years and I would never find it acceptable to treat a guest the way my husband was treated by the male receptionist. We have enjoyed visiting this motel in the past and this time was just terrible and really disappointing, so much so that we wonโt be returning ever again.

Nothing that we liked about our stay at this motel. I went there with my mum and friend. We had really bad experience as photos online were really great but the actual room was smelly. Toilet was leaking. We changed the room but it was so smelly, neighbourhoods room were noisy and cooking meat. Our room got too smelly for whole night. Not nice at all. I asked the manager at the motel to refund my money at the same night as it was not comfortable to stay at the dirty rooms. They told me to get in touch with booking.com. I tried but couldnโt get hold of anyone. Can someone get in touch with me regarding this asap?
Room was not as the pictures were shown online. It was too smelly old room. Glasses and cups were so dirty

Room 15 is very cute ,comfortable and we truly enjoyed the privacy of a spa all covered over. I would definitely come back and stay again
The flooring around the spa felt a little unsafe ,water ,wet feet may slip over on the painted wood. Maybe some non-slip adhesive strips. The cheaper way would be to paint the wood and sprinkle sand over it after painting just so you have grip under your feet.

Had a comfy sleep, at least the bed had clean sheets and blankets.
This Motel was one of my favorites, I've brought my kids and grandchildren here and I've come here with my friends quite a few times and, I always book the same room for all my visits unless it's booked already. This trip was the first time I'd been back since 2022 and I must say, I was very disappointed in how shabby it's become. The carpet was heavily stained, the fridge had been turned off, so when we arrived, there was a huge puddle on the kitchen floor, creepy crawlies all over the place. The spa was my favorite feature, but the lack of maintenance made it looked like it had been abandoned. The whole look of the Motel looked abandoned. Sad to see what this Motel has become.
