Our check-in process went smoothly. The young woman, I believe her name was Selena, was the sweetest.I asked her if she knew of a good restaurant near the hotel since my kids said they were hungry. She quickly found one for us online. She also had prepared a small bag of essentials that we might need, such as a toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap, etc. We actually did need those things because right before bed, we realized those toiletries were in our car. It was too cold to be running out after showering for missing toothbrushes and toothpaste. Thank you! Our room was nice and clean. We were on a family road trip with 2 adults and 2 kids. The double beds were just what we needed. Grateful for the coffee maker and the small refrigerator (for the kids' snacks). The hotel lobby also had coffee and tea available with my favorite creamer, French vanilla. My morning coffee was delicious. We all slept in, so I can't say anything about the breakfast other than the photos of it look good. The location had easy access on and off the freeway. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. I have no complaints. I would choose this hotel again for another stay.

The breakfast is decent. The place is clean.
1. Parking: We had dinner with a friend and we got back to the hotel past midnight and there were no more parking space left. We couldn’t park at the space near the entrance as it was reserved for drop offs. Also, there is a blind spot near the parking space to the right so be careful because you might hit a person/another car.
2. Noise: The hotel is just beside the freeway, the interstate highway. I thought the hotel is sound proof but it was horrible. The noise coming from the vehicles passing the freeway was too loud.l, though they provided a cheap and crappy ear plug we could still hear the noise, they are useless!
3. Bathroom: There is no bath tub. The shower room is clean but it has a glass shower wall that serves no purpose. It doesn’t keep the water out so everytime we stepped out of the shower, we need to put a towel on the floor because it was deipping wet.
4. Bed covers and comforter: The foam inside the comforter came out because it has an open patch/slit. The covers are decent but not comfortable enough.
5. Heaters/AC: They emit a loud and irritating noise that added to our frustration caused by the noise coming from the freeway.

I loved the clean room, the bathroom, and the little touches to everything. The breakfast was amazing too! I was able to find something for my two picky babies. There was something for all of us! We booked this trip for our wedding anniversary/ family trip, and we have ALWAYS had trouble finding a good hotel that didn't break the bank, and we FINALLY found one. We will be back for our next trip!

Room was clean and staff were friendly. Someone checked on us throughout our stay. There’s free WiFi, free parking, and free great breakfast. The traffic noise didn’t bother me and the location was okay. I would stay again.
The pool was vintage and a bit dirty. We cleaned it out ourselves and it was good.

The property was in a great location - close to the highway (which is good and bad), breakfast was decent, the hotel looked nice and smells clean, the front desk clerk Celeste was amazing. She was very professional and tried to help with all of the issues that arose and made sure to follow up every time she said she would.
This one is hard for me because I’m so torn on the hotel. A part of me says I’d stay again but another part of me says absolutely not. The hotel is nice when you walk in and they seem to be cleaning all the time and don’t get me wrong the rooms were clean and looked to be kept up besides the normal wear and tear. One of the issues for me was the facility couldn’t accommodate us or help us like they said they could because we booked through Booking.com. I advised them if they can’t ensure the satisfaction of the customers then they need to reconsider having their location on third party sites because we’re staying with them. Ricky one of the front desk managers was reluctant to help in the beginning due to us booking through a third party but came around and helped us upon arrival. Later that night my husband and I went to lay down, my husband was moving what he thought was a piece of lint which turned out to be a baby roach that started crawling. Not sure what the deal is with the hotels in Texas and roaches for us but it makes us leery to return. We were there for our son’s graduation. Anyway I took it down to the front desk and they offered to move us. My mother who is on oxygen was already knocked out, it had been a long day so we said we would discuss this with them in the morning. We went down to the front desk, Celeste was there, we explained the situation and tried to get it rectified. Somehow the clerk that offered to move us wrote that it was bed bugs and the maintenance people were coming to bomb the room. I explained to Celeste that it was a baby roach, if they could come and change the bedding and reimburse anything we would be ok. Celeste called and said that the manager said that they could give us some points but couldn’t refund anything because again we booked through a third party. I ask Celeste to let me speak to the manager.

I liked the text message feature asking how everything was in the room. The breakfast waffles were good, as I always look forward to the breakfast buffet.
We arrived and were given keys that didn’t work for the room we were assigned to. My husband went downstairs and told the front desk they did not work, he programmed the key and my husband came back up to open the door to the room, when he opened the door we found people laying in bed! They were luckily only watching tv and we didn’t get very far into the room without apologizing profusely. We go back to the front and were given new keys for a different room. We arrive in the room and get ready for bed to hear the people above us were running and jumping. We allowed it for about an hour thinking it would calm down until I then contacted the front desk via text message to have them handle the loud upstairs guest. We went to sleep and at 2:45 in the morning we had a knock on the door. I answered the door to a woman saying “oh the room is occupied.” I shut the door on her as I needed to be awake in 3 hours and I was obviously confused. I lay back in bed and the phone rings. It is the front desk attendant. She asked for my last name and what time I checked in, because our name was not attached to the room. I completely understand things happen and from walking into someone else’s room the front desk did not “check” us into the room on the computer and simply gave us new keys. What I can not understand is why the new shift front desk decided to wake up customers to ask their name in a room. I had two sleeping children and my husband with me. I did not somehow break into the room to sleep, I had a key card. Which you should be able to see that a card was made for the room. Ask customers about room situations at a much better time than 2:45 in the morning.

The pool was filled with bugs and the water was super cloudy. Wish I had booked a hotel with an indoor pool by the looks of it. We didn’t get in. Window in the room was dirty, curtains had stains. The bathroom sink had someone’s hair in it and the mold stains in the shower grossed us out.
There was nobody at the reception for customer service, I rang the bell several times for someone and 2 more people ended up standing there trying to check in. I ended up just walking away and going back to my room..

The location is close to Downtown of Dallas (10-15 mins). Enough parking for everyone. Crispy clean bedding and comfortable pillows. Decent breakfast. Rooms are tidy, well maintained, comfortable. I was happy about the opportunity to have a sound machine / ear plugs by the bed. Great blackout curtains. It's the best hotel is average price category I have ever stayed at.
The only thing to mention is how third party apps work (Booking) if there is two rooms booked for two people under ONE reservation. In my case, I thought that if I book two rooms through my Booking account, then my reservation will display both of the rooms at check-in UNDER MY NAME. In reality, if a Booking customer during booking process leaves any note about for whom the other room reservation is made for, Booking will automatically separate the main reservation into two! So, as we were ready to check -in, we realized that my reservation included just one room instead of two:) We figure out the problem a bit later, so everything turned out good.

Customer service. I called numerous times to let them know about my check in time and they said my arrival time would be noted. As I was on my way to the property, I got an email that my room was cancelled due to card payment. I called seven times, no one answered so I called 30 minutes later. When I called again, someone finally answered, I told them my room was cancelled. The woman said it was cancelled due to card issues. I said that I will be there soon to and could use a different card to pay, I was actually supposed to pay at property, so I do not understand why they needed to charge my card before I checked in? She said I couldn’t go in to use a different card because now the room is no longer available. I asked if I could request the same room when I got there, she said no. She proceeded to tell me that I could book the room again on the app and that there would be an additional charge since I am requesting the room so quickly. Overall, I was unsatisfied with customer service as I am calling days before.

The location was good, and the hotel looked like the pictures posted. However, I found ants in the room. They were in the bathroom and in the small area by the bathroom. I literally killed about 35 ants and I called front desk to inform them. I was told that the hotel was completely booked for the night but she would call her manager and call me right back! I never heard back from her. The next morning for checkout, I informed another front desk clerk on what happened…she said the previous worker should’ve called their manager and returned my call. She apologized for the inconvenience and I asked if I could be compensated in any way because I barely got any sleep because I was worried about ants possibly getting in the bed. She told me she’d have to call the hotel manager since I booked through a third party (Booking.com). Needless to say, I did get an apology but I didn’t get reimbursed or compensated for the inconvenience. I’ll never stay there again!!

Th room was nice but sits right along the interstate and it's noisy. I slept through it.
The curtains in the room don't close all the way so the light comes into room. The ac is in the middle of where the curtains would close Need a shade to block the light from coming in the room and for more privacy.
The TV wasn't working.
The front desk agent came to room with another remote . She offered another room but I was already settled in this one. She said she would tell the manager maybe they'd give me a discount om my room. When I checked out the manager was there. She said she would have to talk to her boss but would let me know. They would probably give me points she told me. I haven't heard back and got my receipt no discount for the non working tv.
Better follow up especially if you say you're going to.
