The property was clean, the staff was great.
The first two nights the room was very cool, which was great. After that one room was 75 and we could not get the thermostat to change. The other room was 77 and had the same issue with the thermostat. It made it very hard to sleep being so hot in the rooms. When we were leaving another customer said the exact same thing about her room. I thing they have the thermostats locked so you can’t turn them down and it made it uncomfortable. But the beds and everything were nice.

The air conditioner was not working anywhere in the facility with the exception of the actual room. The lobby was miserably hot. The hallways were miserably hot. The breakfast area was miserably hot, it was terrible and nothing was done during the two days we were there to fix it.

We were there during the time the hurricane Beryl went through the area. We lost power constantly and had to leave earlier. The staff was wonderful during that time, and the manager was doing as much as he could to make things better. I would recommend this place.

One of the elevators was out of service. I read the reviews before booking, and it appears this happens a lot. Not a major concern, we took the stairs, but there was a long wait on checkout day. We had several suit cases, and we"were not" going to haul them using the stairs( room was on the 4th floor).Bathroom floor tiles were loose, so I was concerned about falling/falls. Otherwise, the room was nice.

i have stayed here 3 times for my birthday in August. . I liked the location in west end, away from high traffic areas of the restaurants. room was large, comfortable plenty of room, king bed and sofa bed. bed was soft, bathroom and room were both clean. housekeeping was good. love that it is directly across from the beach. parking was great. free breakfast. overall the value and stay is pretty good. the staff was very nice and accommodating with 2 requests.
the pool and hot tub area could be better, not very inviting or photo worthy. upgrade the pergola, pool lounge chairs, tables etc. it was very cluttered. also the pool should be open 24 hours. I don't like the limited hours, I would like to enjoy the pool at any time during my stay. the only negative about my room is even though the AC was very cold it was very loud.

It was clean and the breakfast was delicious.. The front staff that worked the evening shift was amazing.
The property was clean. But the bed was very lumpy the AC got where it was not cooling like it was when we first got there.. The AC filter in the room was dirty. The water pressure in the shower was low.
