The window drapes couldnt close, which at night let in light from the outside flood lights. The front door was very hard to open and close. No place to sit luggage on. Complimentary breakfast was somewhat sparse but still adequate for us.

The Location was Great. The breakfast was ok but the only got food was eggs and waffles. I would have liked more hot options or some type of meat. The room had roaches that came out at night but the beds were nice and room service cleaned it good

Not much to like.
Staff was rude. At night all you could smell was Marijuana from people smoking on the patios. So couldnt enjoy time out at the pool. Went up to our uncomfortable room and people around were smoking it to the point you could actually smell it in the room.

I loved how spacious the room was and the beds were super comfortable compared to other places Ive stayed. I also enjoyed being able to turn the lights off from the bed.

The staff young lady was nice in accepting we needed to cancel the reservation. This was because the room smelled of mold and had small roaches in the bathroom area. It was a health crisis with my asthma.
The smell, location and the appearance was different from what was on the website.

Checked in at deep night 1am. Check out time is 11am. At 10:45 the staff disturbs me about check out. I was little bit late till 11:15. The stuff, who was Chris Melan ( his manager wrote to me his name) in very rough manner demanded to vacate the room immediately. When I left the room with my family in a 10 min later, nobody rushed to clean the room. I had a very hard night for recovery and even I was late they should be politely tell me about this instead of being dramatic.

They did change my date that I mistakenly made wrong,,, but it cost me.
1. Had a smell like it was damp, stale.
2. Trash outside on the next property , like the people staying at this hotel threw their beer cans and other trash off the balconies. The property management should be picking up after their customers , even if its on the next lot.
3. NO COFFEE POT IN THE ROOM, had to go to the lobby and ask for coffee , went down several times to get our coffee.
4. Breakfast was a joke! Eggs were cold, no meat (bacon or sausage) although there was some sausage in the gravy. Yogurt machine only gave a man about a table spoon in his cup. My mom wanted orange juice and only could get a few sips out of the
machine.
5. It was advertised as Days Inn by Wyndham,, they would not want there name on this place!!!!
6. It was also advertised as on the sea wall ,, it was not!!!
7. For what I paid ($200+) I was sorry I even went,,, a waste of money in my book,, and I will pass this disappointment on the other people!!

Fire alarm was set off at 2:30am. Fire department was not called and communication was ,they would not be called. A customer staying at hotel called ! Employee communicated that the alarm was silenced because it was assumed a kid pulled alarm. Fire department communicated that because the alarm was silenced there was no location of alarm being set off to confirm no fire. The hotel halls were walked by fire department and alarm was reset. I stayed awake for the rest of the night to watch over my children for their safety till it was time to leave the next morning (was only an hour after fire department walk was complete). Manager took my number and told me would call me to confirm credit for stay and I never received either!!

the staff worker the young lady I'm not sure what was wrong with her, but she really wasn't welcoming she didn't let us know what time the breakfast and she was also did not say where the Wi-Fi password was located in the card from our room.And felt like she was giving attitude towards me.

The front desk people were nice. It did seem a little far off but it worked. The beds weren't super comfy but I did get some rest.
Was not impressed with breakfast nor.the person that was suppose to work keeping up with it. I believe attitude could have been somewhat better. I had to.go to desk clerk to find out about getting more find because the breakfast staff was somewhere other than available I guess.
