Main toilet close to the restaurant is not clean , no paper towels. The staff not nice sooo mean. One of kitchen ladies blow out in the waffle maker to clean it up. The hotel is so old and the carpet has a bad smell. So noisy the music in the resections waked me up at 4:00 A.M

our room, couch was stained (could not sit on it), when walking in the room had a mold smell, fridge did not stay cold and was rusted on bottom (I wish I took a picture) . next morning we woke up to a puddle of water around fridge. we asked for a new room and moved. much better. we noticed that they rented out the same room that day! unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! breakfast I give a 5 out of 10, dining area was not very clean . front desk person didnt greet us when we first came in, there werent any body else in lobby

When we arrived the lady was rude and and was not welcoming at all. The facilities included an iron and ironing board but they were not included in our room. Our room also had no toilet paper. The dryer did not work and stole our quarters.

Breakfast was terrible. Toaster didnt hardly work. Eggs were dripping wet. Sausage was ok. The night we got there I found dead bugs under our mattress. We were relocated to another room. A/C didnt work in there so then we were given another room. The shower would barely work. By this time it was too late for us to get to go walk along the beach. Hallway floor on first floor was flooded in one section. Oh I forgot about the door to the room. You have to slam it and pull hard to get it to lock.

Breakfast waffle batter tasted rancid. All else on breakfast fine. Commode in room was Shakey as if it had been replaced incorrectly and would not flush correctly.
I came down with strep throat and was very ill. Am 63 years old . Requested an early check in due to sickness. Was told I'd have to pay $35 for early checkin. Ridiculous. Have NEVER been charged for an early checkin at any hotel when requested. Will not use Comfort Inn again. You've lost customers.

Location and the room size was the only thing good about this place. They didn't honor the rate that booking.com gave me and I ended up paying double.
The hotel was very old and everything in it was old. Most of the staff was nice but at check out I noticed that they had charged me double for the stay of 2 nights I paid over $700 which I didn't not agree too. I have asked for refund.

Few staffs were very nice but others seemed to be in bad mood all the time.
It wasnt cleaned, including the day we asked to clean our room, they just didnt. Swimming pool was green due to lack of cleaning. Breakfast was until 9AM but after 8:30 they stop to replace and missing several items. Manager was there but not proactively act. Distant from main interest point in the city.

My body and face broke out into hives on my way home from my stay. I went to urgent care and they indicated that I had either been exposed to: harsh detergents, bed bugs, or dust mites. My sister's back also broke out in the same kind of hives. The door handle to the pool literally fell off, and the door to our room almost fell off.

We did not eat the breakfast. The lobby is very attractive.
The sheets on the beds were wrinkled so I am not sure they were clean. There was a roach in the bathroom and the toilet paper holder was broken. The pool was not very clean.

Location is good and easy to get to. I enjoyed the breakfast because there was a variety of breakfast food to choose from and everything was hot.
All of the rooms had a balcony but during the night you can not see anything because of the street lights shining on the hotel. There is a lot of light around the hotel for safety. That I like.

It was good. Close to the cruise ports and they offer a shuttle.
We made a reservation in April for September 23-24. When we arrived, they sent us to our room which was not clean, beds not made. They then sent us to another room and when we opened the door, there was another family already there. After a wait of about an hour, we finally got a room.

It has lost a lot of it's first class appearance when we 1st started staying here some five years ago it was fully staffed and the breakfast was top notch. I assume finding good help can be irritating these days.

This room was filthy. The beds were barely made. Pull the sheets back theyre dirty and covered in hair. Pillowcases covered in hair. The floor was dirty and mirrors was filthy as well. The only thing clean in this room was the towels.

The location was great.
The room was definitely not worth the $300.00 we paid. The room was only halfway cleaned. There was no toilet paper holder, and the worst was when we turned down the bed covers, the sheets were all rumpled as if someone had gotten out of it and just pulled the bedspread up.
When I said something the next morning, no apology was offered.
At breakfast the next morning, there was no milk for the cereal, and the walffe iron only cooked the waffle halfway through

there was a group of kids at the pool with a man who werent staying at the hotel. The kids were splashing and diving in to the water . Man told them to stop but it was too much that we left right after another family was forced to leave.
