It was dirty , loud, bed was extremely uncomfortable, too expensive for the room being small and noisy , we didn’t like the no free breakfast, (which we knew) not enough umbrellas outside , elevator didn’t work and other was way too slow and small. Head housekeeping (male) (his tag said )went in front of us getting on and off the elevator With his huge laundry cart leaving no room for ALL the other quests on each floor trying to get on. One man even said “again we can’t get on” next floor had 3 little kids and your head housekeeper didn’t offer to get off he actually was on his ear buds talking the whole time! You had several staff would stand in the hall and not move. We had to move or go around them

All contact with employees was disappointing. They offered little. No warning about faulty elevator. Ungracious attitude and manners. Did not off er helpful information. Most hotels I’ve been to offer their guest complimentary coffee in the morning. You did not. Not good.

Service was very poorly! The moment we arrive front desk was not professional at all! No…. hello welcome to Hilton! I didn’t get his name but he was a tall white man. He has salt paper hair maybe mid 50s. He was telling me that I was charged for two rooms. I was trying to tell him that I just needed one room. It started into a conflict and I was trying to tell him that I had just booked one room with a queen size bed and a sofa. How complicated is that!!!!! There was other customers behind us! That was embarrassing to me and my daughter! Then we go to the bar outside and we’re waiting for ever to get a drink! The guy that served us seemed liked hated his job! We got away because you just buried our mother. We needed a little getaway. We were not looking forward to this. I love staying at the Hilton and really hope that this doesn’t happen again! That is bas experience I arrived before 2 hours my daughter has seizure and high fever I told to this young girl plz let me enter to the room my daughter is so sick and need sleep she was unhelpful unfriendly not nice and not care about my special needs daughter I M so sad for this stuff ..I payed more than 200 the room is terrible nothing work in it curtains broken..coffee maker not working ..carpet so dirty..not the same room I will not try to book in this hotel at all

Was told we could arrive at 2 for our room, I understand 4 pm is check in time which we were surprised and happy to hear.
Didn’t get in our room till 5pm.
Elevator was broke.
No updates about our room until it was ready. No one seemed to care.
Bartenders in the longboatd bar were great.
I have been staying in this property for over 6 years. It seems to continue to fall below the Hilton standard.

Just to throw it out there’s, I never have a written a review about a stay but this time I am. Without any communication I was charged 15 dollars a day for parking with out any information that it would be taken out of incidentals. Also, the fact that I paid up to 900 dollars to stay 4 nights and can’t even bring my own drinks to the pool? Come on now. It’s a hotel and you are accommodating YOUR guests. It shouldn’t be that difficult to have simple rules. Regardless of it all, there was a lack of communication, given a bill of over 140 dollars on top of what I paid. Mind you it was shy of 900. And on top of the fact not ONCE did the staff provide our room with any type of cleaning, fresh towels, not getting our trash, not making our bed. You get what I’m stepping in. The view is great but the price isn’t worth a damn. Go somewhere else and get better value.
Again, keep in mind I’ve never wrote a review at all. So this being my first one is deep and I can deal with some stuff but this one can’t slide.
Take it from me just don’t stay here.

The only good thing is the location
Hello, this was the worst experience ever. I had no room service for a 4 day 3 night trip you would think we need toilet paper etc. Apart from that, the phone was broken and not connected at all, dresser was broken,, the refrigerator, blinds and curtains broke. Reported issue to office they did nothing about it. 3rd day asked for room service and reported issued told Manager I would leave from 10 am on to give them time come back at 130pm and for housekeeping to tell me im not on the list. The front desk put my complaints under January 1st instead of Oct 1st, so they did nothing to accommodate my stay. I have pictures.. Since I went through booking ,all they offered me was a free breakfast this is not acceptable.

The air conditioner was old and not working properly. It was very loud and noisy, hard to sleep with all that racket. And we are not light sleepers. When requested extra items (coffee, cups etc) had to request it multiple times and ended up asking cleaning f staff in the hallways for them.

The location is great being right across from the ocean. The staff was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The lobby was decorated very pretty for Christmas. The staff at both restaurants were great.
The property is worn out. Our room smelled. There was mold on our ceiling that had been at one point painted over. It was clear there was paint dripped on the curtain from that repair. The window shade was covered in holes. There were stains on the headboards. The dust ruffle frayed. At one point I'm sure it was nice but it needs to be updated.

The property smelled terrible, musty and moldy. The elevator rattled and made terrible noise, it sounded like it would break any minute. The rooms and hotel in general smelled terrible. For this price, I expected much better. I also booked my cruise client in this hotel and they were unhappy as well. The dinner at the outside bar was "ok" but the service was terrible. Once our food arrived, no one came back to check on us. After more than 30 minutes, we flagged him down, ordered a second round of drinks and then 30 minutes later, my husband had to go to the bar to track him down to tell him we never received our drinks. He completely forgot and couldn't even remember what we had ordered. Terrible service.

Clean, nice room, great view.
Arrived very early but day clerk was able to get us a room right away and was very friendly and helpful. Restaurant staff were extremely polite and efficient.
We think the pool may have needed cleaning but it was too cool for swimming anyway. The evening clerk seemed grumpy. Not rude but certainly not friendly.

The location was amazing just steps from the beach
The bed was horribly firm couldn’t sleep very well, the air conditioner was very loud and had two thermostats ??, the pull down window shade did not block out outside light much at all (either the porch light or sunlight), the breakfast buffet that is ALWAYS complimentary at EVERY hotel I’ve ever stayed in was NOT COMPLIMENTARY and they changed $22 per person to eat what was poorly prepared and DEFINITELY NOT WORTH PAYING FOR !!

Great location and easy to walk to restaurants and attractions. Loved that the beach was right across the street. The morning ladies that worked the front desk were super friendly. Pool was great and the swim up bar was a nice touch.
Bathroom smelt like mildew and the tile in the bathroom looked moldy. Bed wasn’t that comfortable. We also got a random charge on our card for over $400. None of the employees knew why it was on there.
