The lady who actually took me from building to building was quite helpful.

The man I met at the first building was simply rude and should have understood that I was unaware to the two buildings with two separate check-ins

There was hot water in the shower.

There was a terrible smell and no breakfast was offered as advertised, which was very disappointing. The aircon in the room made a horrible noise the entire time

The staff were nice and accommodating.

Literally everything else. The foundation was wonky, the bathroom tiles were so cracked and jagged they would cut your feet if they were bare, the bedspread was riddled with holes, the first room they gave us had not even been turned down and so we had to be moved to another one, definitely some form of bedbugs or fleas, the shower hadn’t been cleaned (it was sticky on the bottom with bugs in it).

Nothing but maybe the Location

Lots and lots of roaches linens and towels had stains on them seems like your charged a fee to rent a very unsanitary hotel room and a 50 dollar deposit city of Houston Texas should shut down this place

The room was reasonable.

Getting to the property is a process of using 2 local bus routes. Expect a long wait if the connecting bus is late.

The price and location from Airport.

Sheets were dirty. Comforter had a hole in it. Curtains had holes in them. Room wasn't clean - dry Ramen noodle crumbs and a coffee stirrer was found on the counter. Kitchen sink where bathroom sink should be.

The main room itself was nice. Good amenities.

Check in time is 3:00 p.m. I arrived at 11:00 a.m. I was told I must wait outside until 3:00 p.m. to check in. The clerk finally decided I could sit in the vending machine area but I had to ask for a chair. No one is allowed in the lobby at all. He told me it was due to covid and other people would be in there but during the 3 hours, no other guests were allowed in the lobby either. The 12" bathroom floor tiles were cracked and not secured to the floor. Fortunately, I did not get cut on that. The bathroom door obviously had been kicked in and was semi repaired. And then there was breakfast or the lack thereof. I was the first to arrive. There were 3 sad looking apples and two cereal dispensers, one with about a third of fruit loops and one half full of Cheerios. That was the extent of breakfast. Milk was not refrigerated. There was no coffee, muffins, or napkins. One guests came in after me and took two of the apples. I can't imagine what any of the other guests thought.

The young lady at the front desk tried to help.

The hotel was gross. Extremely gross. Offering guests a bed with blackened linens and towels as well. The room stunk and it was just an unsavory atmosphere.

It was very nasty on the inside of the room. Bathroom door wasn’t clean. I would dare to walk around the room without shoes. Room was nothing like it was pictured

It was 1/4 of a mile from the HOU airport.

Everything else! The rooms were filthy, the rugs were damp and smelled like mold, there were no pillowcases on the pillows, the tub was gross, the bed in one room was made with the blanket under the sheet, the other smelled like smoke, even though I booked two adjacent non-smoking rooms. I was told when we checked in that there were not two adjacent rooms available but the hotel was not full. The refrigerator was dirty, only one lamp worked and the phone didn’t have a cord connecting it to the wall jack. I called to say that I had forgotten something, a small cooler for my insulin and a pen inside, and had to call 6 times to get someone to answer the phone. I didn’t want it back, I simply wanted to make sure no one found it and used it, and was told that if they found it they would bill me?
