It's when I use often and the staff are courteous and respectful and I cannot be bothered and it's the place that I go to get time to myself.

I hate always being put on the top floor. LOL but all in all it's more private up there so I'm not complaining. I'd rather be on the top. There's nothing I don't like about this hotel.

It was close to the airport

The hotel was a rat hole. The room had holes in the carpet and a awful smell. The furniture was old and dilapidated and it had a 20 inch TV. The place was the worst. I would never ever stay here again. Then the staff was rude, unprofessional, and careless

Location: I didn't see any roaches, mice, or bedbugs the microwave and the refrigerator worked

You get what you pay for is an under statement. The owner of this place should be a shame to have an establishment this run down and still have people coming here. When I stepped in the elevator, I knew I had made a mistake. The curtains the chair have holes the bathtub looks so bad I didn't dare use it. Big cracks in the door holes in the wall in the bathroom the towels looked like it never seen bleach. Outlets looked so bad I was scared to plug in my charger. The room has a smell. I was on the 2nd floor every time I walked to the bathroom, I thought I was going to end up on the 1st floor. Small 32 inch TV on the wallI. I sprayed so much lysol on everything, I think some still in my nose. I would not stay there again even if it was free.

It was inexpensive. I only had to stay 2 nights. The AC/Heater worked well and drowned out much of the traffic noise.

Intense Freeway noise. My TV did not work, reported it twice. The room had an odor. The staff remained locked away. That did not instill confidence. Many guests had a loud rap music concert on the steps outside my room.

The night was cold and they claimed they couldn't put me in a room that had better heating and I think the room was dirty and needed further cleaning I was supposed to get some sleep but it was noisy all night with kids and adults till about 2 0r 3 am.

That they said the room was going to be quiet.
