Breakfast was quite boring and expensive for what it was: 38 dollars per person per day for the same food every day (eggs, potatoes, sausages and pastries). Not worth the money Gym was also very basic.

Excellent location, you can walk to Times Square in a few minutes. Cafes, bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Subway very close. We walked from the hotel to Empire State Building, Summit One Vanderbilt, Bryant Park, Rockerfeller Centre, 5th Avenue and Central Park. Rooftop bar was great.
On the Reception Princess was lovely and also very good at her job.
Free take out coffees every morning was super.
Lovely room and bathroom. Nice and quiet.
Construction work next to the hotel meant we didn't have a good view from our room. But we only slept there so thankfully didn't affect us.

The people at the front desk were very friendly and extremely helpful. They gave great recommendations. There was a lovely happy hour with free wine the night we arrived, which was a nice surprise. The room was larger than most I’ve stayed in the same area. It was very close to all of theaters and was along restaurant row, which was very convenient. I also appreciated that they refunded our destination/resort fee when the cable went out and we weren’t able to watch any of the World Series games.
There was a strange hole in the wall between the beds. Not sure if it was supposed to be there as part of the decoration of the room. The bathroom wasn’t super clean when we arrived (spots of blood or makeup on the walls, hair in the shower).

Very noisy room on the 5th floor, view on a wall (resulting in a dark room), with some construction work happening all day long (and ongoing noise at night).
Also, some work was done on the floor during my stay, with a strong smell of solvant infiltrating the room.
Way too expensive for such amenities.

Location and upstairs bar, which does close early at 9.30pm during the week which is disappointing. Rooms are ok and a decent size.
Staff are very rude and extremely unprofessional, especially checkin staff. Would expect much more from people doing this type of job. We were told our booking was cancelled, which it wasn’t, got charged cancellation fees, which had to be refunded by hotel. The front desk staff was very unprofessional in the way she dealt with the situation. Because of how rude the staff are, we would not stay here again.
We had to request coffee every day for room after requesting coffee maker, facilities in the room could be much improved. No glasses in room, complimentary water.

1. I requested a room with a view in advance with payment but was given a room with no view at all just the concrete wall. When I asked was told that no room was available.
2. Noise level was high the whole time

We were put in a room in the second floor next to the street. IT WAS LOUD! After I complained they did offer to live us the next day. Lucky we brought a noise maker for sleeping with us. It saved us! We were able to sleep so we didn’t move. I just would have liked to have been warned about the noise and given an option before having to complain.

The property suggests luxury and it simply wasn’t. The bathroom was mouldy, the carpet unclean (and actually was wet underfoot on the first day).
The walls were so thin we could hear people conversations, and dog barking in next room. A dog barking until midnight and then from 4;45am.
The stench of vapes and weed was so strong it made us feel ill.
The ice machine didn’t work, we were never provided with enough towels/ cups etc (4 pax on booking and everyday only provided 3 towels).
All seem like small things, but when you are paying $455 USD/ night the property sells itself on being luxury it simply isn’t true. Would not recommend staying here

The hotel is very conveniently located - within walking distance to the Broadway theatres as well as Subway lines that get you everywhere. Good food is everywhere too. Love their social hour which is basically happy hour (red and white wine) from 5-6pm. Staff were very helpful - huge shout out to Davon! The room sizes are very generous by NYC standards.
Bottles of water were not replaced daily but there is a water refill station on each floor. They did not mention this at check in so I had thrown away the water bottles initially. Just to be clear, this is not a deal breaker!

Great location and easy to navigate around the city from the hotel. Right in the heart of everything and everyone was very nice to work with.
I had requested to have my room close to my sister-in-law and nieces rooms, but that couldn't be arranged. Made it a little challenging to have my daughter a floor apart from her cousins, but it worked with it.
