Location and cleanliness.

Elevators were down but eventually got fixed . It made getting to theatre on time difficult. Breakfast was 35.00 or more per person. Yikes! No decaf at the coffee bar.

We loved the location of the hotel. It was very close to everything we wanted to do in Midtown. The room was comfortable and the housekeeping staff was excellent. Our check-in and check-out clerks were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Thank you for a great stay!

The full-size beds were a little tight. Queen-size would have been more comfortable, but I understand the room constraints. We had a great night's sleep every night we were there.

Great location!! Easy to access local activities and the subway was just a quick walk away. Room was comfy and spacious with an amazing view. John Rothermal from Concierge was amazing as well.

Staff communication was sometimes unclear or inconsistent, we received different answers for the same question and this affected certain expectations of our stay.

location is the best part of its value.

1st night: NO wifi. One elevator was out of order for 2 day. Ice machine has NO ice and water! Called to ask any backup plans for wifi for work purpose, one of front desk managers, a man, who was so UNprofessional at all! The rest of people I met, front desk check-in man, housekeeper, and all other people are great!

You need to take two elevators every time when you go out or go to your room. Always long lines for elevators. There isn’t any thing in the room. There is no coffee machine No bottle water. No pen or paper. Anything.

Great location and staff are wonderful! Attentive with friendly customer service and there is convenient parking, too. Parking garage not far from hotel at all.

It’s not that I disliked it but lighting, higher beds and fresher room would be nice. Freshness for some rooms not all of them that our relatives had.
