Linens were nice (I may get them for my home), decor was fine, new, bed was very nice, value was good, location was central to my intended visitations.
Room was very small, no place to put clothes, keeping suitcases open made it tough to walk around easily, sink not in water closet is not great, too small for 2 ppl, parroted to me by a couple outside as I questioned them when I came to property. Also, guy at the desk on my checkout annoyed me with your $30 resort usage policy, said I could NOT use the $30 in the night and in the morning?! What is THAT? Why should it matter when I use my credit, esp if I'm only there till 11am. AND, the hotel software didn't properly treat my charge from the 1st floor restaurant from the first night, I had to catch the mistake and get them to credit the $23, so there were 2 issues on the bill.

Excellent location; Phenomenal view with Empire State Bldg; excellent bed; non slip flooring in shower; temperature system worked perfectly; concierge at check in – Tristan – was beyond helpful and truly went over the top with assistance and courtesy, got early check in too; lots of transit options nearby; was quiet at night (25th floor), didn't hear music or noise at night
Elevators are dark, you cannot see the floor selection panel without crouching right over the numbers; no water kettle in room; no water dispensers in hotel, cold or hot; bartender wanted to charge for cup of take-away hot water like it was tea (then didn’t); room sink design is awkward, cannot lean over it, shelf in the way; only a rickety folding chair - not usable so had to sit on bed; hooks along wall are only storage option - convenient but unsightly; no sturdy table; only trash bin is in the toilet stall; see yourself in full length mirror facing toilet unless you slide the door which is a nuisance; no hand towels. A support staff was rude after I requested to retrieve something from my bag in the storage room (one time) and actually admonished me for it. Very marked up bottled water is in room if you are desperate, felt pretty stingy. The comforter had something that looked like a burn stain.

I did enjoy returning back from an activity and the room was smelling good.
No problem that the cleaning was done every 2 days
After showering water was leaking in the room and I the toilet area too,

The view was fantastic, the location really excellent, the room very clean. Comfortable enough mattress.
For all the effort taken in the aesthetics of things a lot of things were not functional or did not work as they should. The biggest issue was the air conditioning which was really noisy and maintenance confirmed it was working as expected. I turned off a/c in order to sleep. Other issues, shower leaked into room floor, lumpy pillows, elevator key system was flaky, and elevators too dark to see properly floor number, the peg system was stylish but not functional for any longer stay.
Café credit breakfast system was in principle a good idea but café was way overcrowded, long queue and choices not too healthy.

The location is great to explore Manhattan. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel has lots of space to chill in the hotel. The Breakfast was very good in their Cafe too.
Moxy rooms are always on the small size especially if you are a family. The Rooftop was loud too at night.

The location was great, perfectly located for exploring the city.
Some of the information was contradicting (i.e. the signage in the elevator lobby notes that morning coffee is available daily until 10am but it was typically removed before 9am).
Also, if you are staying on the upper floors, you will hear the music from the night club on the 36th floor. We were on the 31st floor and were told that we wouldn't hear it but we did.

The decor of the hotel and room were fun. I didn't understand the lady on the keycard with the foggy glasses, but I guess it was part of the "fun". Also, the little wheel faucet handles were cool. Everything in the room was as expected, very clean and functional.
The $30 "destination" fee is an odd one. They tell you at the desk that it's like this free magical money, but in reality you already paid for $30 a day at the coffee shop (by day) or bar (by night) next door; so what they should really say is "use it or lose it because you already paid for it".

The staff were welcoming, friendly and professional. They were amazing and so helpful. Being far away from home and being welcomed in and out of the hotel meant a lot.
The views were brilliant and despite the room being smaller than we expected we made it work! Loved the atmosphere of the hotel and felt included to use the nightclub and other areas of the hotel despite us being a little over the clubbing age
The frosting glass on the bathroom perhaps needs to be a little darker.

Thin walls; party in the hotel or the club downstairs was so loud that I felt like it was in our room; I heard the crowd and the music well past 2:00 AM - it was miserable. I was so exhausted. It was so loud I was actually mad about it. But too tired to do anything! They should not rent a room with thin walls that is adjacent to a night club or party or whatever it was. Plus, the music wasn’t even any good. If I had to stay awake listening to thumping music in my room- I wished I had at least liked the style of music…. Anyway- if you do stay here… ask for a quiet room away from the party.

Bed sheets were not changed from previous occupant. Upon entering the room, noticed a thick sweaty smell. Showered and went to bed and the sheets smelled quite stale. I'd just arrived from Europe tired and jet lagged, and didn't have the bandwidth to register that bedding might be used and went to bed. I thought maybe it was curtains or the tapestries above beds. Second night smelled other bodily fluids and couldn't sleep. By 3rd day requested housekeeping with fresh bedding. The energy and smell of room dramatically improved and smell was gone. No doubt the scent was due to the bedding not being changed after previous occupant which i slept through 2 nights of 4 night stay. For this, i spoke with management and was offered $100 off $2100 (paid $600 first night alone) bill. Not amount of compensation can make up for 2 lost nights in old bedding but management's response was shameful.

The view from our room was fantastic, with a view of the Empire State building. Bed was comfy and the room was clean.
During our stay, we required first-aid assistance, but unfortunately, no staff member was available with first-aid training. I also requested a first-aid kit, but it was not adequately stocked. For a hotel of this size, I strongly recommend that at least one staff member be trained in first aid and that the first-aid kits be regularly checked and fully stocked.
The room also has a sliding door connecting the shower and toilet, but the barely frosted glass provides minimal privacy.

The lifts occasionally were faulty which was a very minor inconvenience and was always resolved quickly.

Worst lift system I’ve ever experienced. Be prepared to waste huge chunks of your day waiting with crowds of guests for a lift.
They’re 4 lifts but the staff will always enter and exit in the middle of your journey. Adding to your delay. Every time. The buttons are barely visible. The card reader rarely works. The qty of lifts has no reflection on the time you’ll wait for 1. It’ll then stop at most floors picking up other frustrated guests and the obligatory staff members who seem to live in the lift system. Mind numbing. Really ruins the experience of staying here.

Kevin, Robert and Tristan made the experience so warm and welcoming firsthand. Visiting the ground floor restaurant for some delicious food after a 4 hour drive was wonderful. The Fleur Room afterhours for a nightcap and a glamourous view of NYC was the best!

Liked the location a lot
The room of course was condensed in size but very well designed. We had 4 people for a three night stay. It worked great and was in a lovely little garden area that added ambience as we walked through it.

The view was amazing, I wish we had used the lounge more which was also really pleasant (but only went in there on the last day) and shower was fab.
The bed was pretty hard, and there wasn't much room for suitcases.
