Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, very clean, comfortable rooms, and a tasty included breakfast, buffet style, with pastries, fruit, yogurt, cereal, bread/bagels and served egg sandwiches. The interiors felt luxurious, but not gaudy or over the top. The rooms had plenty of lighting, nice bathroom amenities, comfortable beds, and were quiet enough to allow for a good night's sleep.

The location was great, near Grand Central and Times Square but not in the hustle and bustle of it. Lovely reception, bar and breakfast team.
Breakfast was just enough, seated or grab and go. So many restaurants in NYC we didn’t mind there being no restaurant. The Manager at breakfast was so lovely, loved his cheerfulness.
Our room 5O1 with twin beds was lovely, no view but really comfy beds, good linens, robes and slippers but the memory foam pillows were really uncomfortable..
The bar team were great both at the hotel and in the Lantern Bar where the mixologist really knew her stuff - such a cool bar, I’m so glad we went there.
The completely wine at 5 was nice and it was fun to chat to other guests.
Nothing really - would stay here again and highly recommend it.
The shower room was a little tired and could do with some attention but that’s all.

The location was great, access to Times Square, subway, great delis. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly. They also cleaned my room every day which doesn't happen a lot with hotels lately.
The only thing I can think of is maybe rotating what you serve for breakfast, same thing every day got a little old.

A beautiful hotel, old, but with so much charm. Rooms were spacious for NY standards. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. Location is perfect for walking everywhere.
Prices for accommodation in NY are always high, so there is no exception here, however it is the only thing that I didn't like.

Myself and 2 friends stayed for 4 nights at the Iroquois to celebrate out 40ths. The hotel is in the most perfect location, minutes’ walk to all the attractions but also hidden away to make it very quiet. We had booked a deluxe 2 double bed room. Upon entering the room, we were incredibly disappointed. It was TINY, we had 6 large suitcases let alone everything else and there was one small wardrobe and no floor space - there wasn't even a bedside table between the beds we had to use an upturned bin, there was no way we could have stayed in there for 4 nights – furthermore bearing in mind we had booked for 3 people, the amenities did not show that – 1 robe, 1 shower hat, 2 slippers, it was very strange. We requested a room change, which couldn’t be done till the following day due to occupancy levels, no problem at all. We were moved to a slightly larger room, now with two teeny tiny wardrobes – we could just about fit our jackets in one. Again, the amenities weren’t correct, the towels are also very small. To the house keeping teams credit the rooms are spotlessly clean, but deluxe they are not, I think deluxe means something different in America than it does in the UK. They are large double rooms at best, not family rooms. The rooms are incredibly sound proofed though; you can’t hear another guest or city noise at all.
The staff were all very obliging, but the highlight was Ben the breakfast Manager who is nothing short of incredible, not only is he a credit to the hotel he is a perfect advert for the city itself. We are still talking about him a week later!
One other small note, the hotel contacted us directly to ask if we were celebrating anything special, I responded that we were travelling from Scotland to celebrate our 40ths, yet there was no mention of this at the hotel, not even a wee note to say “welcome…happy birthday”. It seemed strange to ask then to not do anything to mark it.
Would return if given the chance, but not in a family room!
Room size and the bars odd opening times, despite displaying opening times in the lift we only saw it open once, the one cocktail we did have was brilliant though but we had hoped to have been in there more often.

The best location if you are going to see theater. A comfortable and welcoming lobby and lobby bar. Staff were very pleasant and willing to talk to you with recommendations on shows, restaurants, sites to see.
The speakeasy was closed for private parties the two nights we would have hung out there after dinner. The included breakfast was so-so, and didn’t vary, same thing every 5 mornings for us.

The breakfast room was too crowded. We wanted to sit one morning but the waiter told us we have to wait as a family would sit there. We left anyways and said nothing. I think everyone should take his breakfast in the room instead of waiting for a table.

Stayed here for 2 nights Jan 2026, had 2 rooms for family. Beds are very comfortable. Smaller, luxury, boutique type of hotel. Small renovation in lobby so vibe & quality getting better but already great. Breakfast had quality fresh fruit, chocolate pastries, great coffee, juices, sandwiches, very yummy.
The speakeasy/bar was not busy at night so we bounced. Highly recommend Jimmy's across street for $3 beers and piano bar Don't Tell Mama for entertainment.

Excellent Midtown location, most Broadway theaters are a 10 minute walk or less. More of an intimate boutique hotel so you don't feel all the crowdedness and noise of the larger hotels. All layers of staff were helpful and available, 24/7. Nice little speakeasy-type bar which also serves their limited breakfast.
Only reason I didn't give a perfect score was the lobby bar restaurant are under renovation. And because the coffee served at breakfast is pathetically thin.

The bathroom water temperature was extremely high to the point of steam coming out of the hot water tap and burning my hand. The refrigerator is stocked full of mini-bar items and your penalized monetarily if you put anything in the refrigerator.
