I liked the fact that the breakfast area overlooks the riverwalk, giving such a beautiful view early in the morning. I also like how spacious the rooms are and the beautiful view from the rooftop pool. The rooms have been clean every time we’ve stayed here.
Valet took an insane amount of time to get our cars from the parking garage when we asked. They were standing around joking and making fun of a lady they worked with named Paola, when she was the only person getting the job done. Also, there were NO luggage carts in the lobby for our entire stay. A guest finally brought one down as we were checking out and they said “oh we’ve just left this in our room since Friday”… it was Sunday when we were checking out. I think a tracking tag needs to be attached to the carts because it was absolute chaos trying to wrangle young children while also trying to carry every bag and crib to our room at once. This was not the first time it’s happened to us, as we’ve stayed here in the past!

Front desk mislead me to river boat ride being right below at river and sold me 3 tickets. Come to find out that wasn’t the case at all when we tried to board boat. I went right back up for refund because we could not be accommodated. I have yet to receive a refund.

The front desk staff were the nicest staff we have had in a long time which surprised me because we travel a lot. A lot of front desk staff look annoyed but not those two! The kitchen is a nice touch to have. It’s also close to a lot and good for families.

The location was absolutely horrible there were dead trees everywhere it looked very ghetto. It looked very dirty and the building was very old and ugly. Don't let the photos of the hotel fool you because they are all lies. The only good part about this hotel was the receptionists they were the only ones who were kind to us in that hotel.
Having been to many Hilton hotels this one did not meet Hilton standards, and it was the worst we have ever been too. Hilton should not be advertising the hotel as their own because it is a horrible ugly ghetto place. The room design was horrible there were bleach stains everywhere the place did not look as we thought it would. It was very creepy and we left literally 10 minutes after we got there. The price was way too high for what they were advertising.

Overall, I loved the establishment, and the price was exceptional. I didn't get to see much based on my plans there.
The parking was the biggest issue I had. The only concern that I had was the parking. I understand the valet parking, but not having parking for personnel staying there is another issue. I didn't have a problem paying the parking behind the building, but every dollar I can save, especially when traveling, helps.

We loved Sonia. She checked us in and gave us all the important info that we needed.
She was so positive, warm and friendly. She made us feel so welcome. Sonia also helped us get tickets for the river boat. Everytime we needed something she always remembered who we were and took care of us. For example, she took good care of our luggage when we checked in and when we needed to leave the luggage there due to a later plane flight.

What me and my family didnt like was that once we got in the elevator from the lobby to go to our floor 2 girls came out of no where jumped in the elevator and im guessing they were a couple and they start touching each other infront of my family including kids..
Dont have nothing against same gender couples but doing it infront of kids thats just not right.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect—the rooms, the atmosphere, and especially the staff, who were all so kind and attentive. The location was a huge plus, as we were able to walk to several nearby attractions. It truly made our trip to San Antonio even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
The only downside was one of the valet attendants, who came across as a bit rude. And there was no biscuits and gravy.

Heat/Air Conditioning did Not Work Right (Either Too Cold or Too Hot)...Telephone did Not Work...Bathroom Tub Drain Broken Off...Bathroom Door was Obviously Replaced with a Door that did Not Fit...Hallway was Over Heated...Kitchen Light Did Not Work...Basically We Waited Four Hours to Check into Our Room and then had to Contact Maintenance for Service which was Mostly Done After We Checked-Out!
