It was nice. Although the... Liked: It looked very nice. Disliked: For starters, they were very booked and an elevator did not work, so as checkout time rolled up and staying in the 9th floor resulted into us waiting 15 minutes just for us to get on an elevator.

Overall, We had a very... Liked: Staff at the facility were great and very helpful. Everyone seemed happy and ready to help anyone. Rooms were clean, spacious, and overall made us feel comfortable. Parking isn’t an issue at all as there is plenty for anyone. Disliked: The only issue I had with my stay at Hilton was their parking policy. If you don’t stay there for a certain amount of days, then you would have to pay 30$+ . I believe that you’re already spending a good amount for the room so not having that included I certainly see that as a negative.

Passable Liked: Appreciate the fact that they were upfront about letting us know there was no air conditioning for 2 days and compensating with free parking and breakfast buffet. The buffet was great. Lots of options and delicious. Great location. Disliked: 1. No AC during the summer vacation season. 2. Waiting until check-in to let guests know about the AC 3. The workers for the AC started before 7AM. Seriously -unacceptable. 4. Not super clean - just worn out. The showers - yuck - the place needs a refresh. 5. The guy at check-in clearly hates his job.

The location and friendly staff

It’s very old and not very clean. The carpet in the room wasn’t vacuumed well, and everything in that hotel was super old. There were dust everywhere and stains on the light stands. It was expensive for that quality. More is expected from a company like Hilton.

Staff the one time I asked for extra towels was super nice and helpful and got me extra towels

The room was dirty, the ac didnt work at first. The room was small. Booked queen beds but they werent queens. The TV remote was also broken. The light would randomly turn on throughout the night. The beds were uncomfortable with small pillows. Not enough towels for a family of 4. Road noise was loud. Over all not a comfortable good stay.

Front desk notified A/C technician promptly and problem was fixed. I liked bath products available and access to a refrigerator.

Room was warm/humid at arrival and needed to have it repaired. Ice machine was empty on 3 different floors. Front desk was lacking in hospitality. The furniture in lobby was rundown. For the price I paid it should gave included breakfast or at least some fruit or breads.

The only thing good about this Hotel is it’s close to the freeway.

The parking was horrible and the elevator that goes up to the Lobby was out of service. Guests were referred to use the Service Elevator but it was so dirty and nasty by that elevator. Also, my room’s AC didn’t work and there was no microwave to warm up food. $269 per night is a total rip off and I will not be referring anybody to stay here. I’ve been at Hotels that are $150 per night and they were way better and A LOT CLEANER.

The view was okay. There was a mountain for a view.

I came in for a conference. My husband was furious because there was an m&m on the corner of the bed that my 2-year old accidentally found. (My kid’s don’t eat M&Ms). I was not very happy because my child could’ve choked. I picked the hotel because apart from it’s where my conference was going to be it’s Hilton so I was going to be sure my family will be safe while I was away. It was very disappointing

Shower floor was very slippery in room 615. Had to hold on to hand holds while taking a shower. Parking fees were not mentioned in the Booking.com site but not a deal breaker Batteries in the in-room safe fell out when door was closed. Could have been very bad if i were not able to open it when needed. Battery cover was missing.
