Bad Liked: Honestly, I didn't like anything about it!! Disliked: The whole place was run down, old, smelly and shady! Homeless everywhere and very trashy looking. Not to mention the fact that you still have to pay $14 a night for parking even though you are paying to stay at the establishment!! The service was horrible! 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The food was not all that great. The pool and hot tub were gross and dirty! The elevators were not safe looking at all! I would NEVER recommend anyone stay there especially if thwy have a family!!

Stressful. Negative. Liked: Location. Disliked: ★★☆☆☆ My family and I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately our experience was overshadowed by a major billing error. Our reservation had already been paid in full prior to arrival, but we were charged for the entire stay again at check-in. This tied up a significant amount of money that we had budgeted for our family vacation over a holiday weekend. What was most disappointing was how the situation was handled. The front desk employee acknowledged the mistake and told us the funds would be returned and available the next day. That did not happen. We were also told that we could speak with the manager the following morning if there were any issues, only to learn that no manager was available on weekends. Throughout the interaction, we never received an apology for the error or the inconvenience it caused. I understand that mistakes can happen, but clear communication, accountability, and basic customer service go a long way. While the hotel itself was fine, the billing issue and the lack of support in resolving it left a negative impression and significantly impacted our stay.

Was okay but could be... Liked: Close to shopping centers. Liked the breakfast options and that check out is at 11am. Disliked: The room gave me dorm room vibes. Walls are plain. The flooring was lifting in certain areas. The bathroom has paint bubbling and the shower head looked like it was recently repaired to moved up higher. Paint is chipping from the exterior of the building. Overall, looks like some upgrades are needed to make it look newer and for the place to look maintained.

For the price little extras... Liked: The breakfast was your basic breakfast. Coffee, waffles, bagels, fruit, oatmeal packets, yogurt, eggs, mini muffins. Friendly Front Desk staff, pool was clean. Disliked: Choice of juice would have been nice. Microwaves in rooms would be convenient. Squeaky door that goes to the outside rooms would be an easy fix with some WD40 or Pam spray. No coffee offered throughout the day in lobby and a newspaper for reading would be a homey touch

Food was OK. There's a waffle maker that my family enjoyed. Distance to the zoo, mall and restaurants was good.

The staff that checked me in almost charge me for another booking that wasn't mine. Some of the amenities were out of order such as the ice machine. The access doors are broken and doesn't work.

Upon arrival the room was dirty, the carpet had stains, also had particles so it definitely wasn't vacuumed. The sheets also had stains on them. The bedskirt also had stuff on it I don't even want to know what it was. There were hairs in the bathroom. The furniture had chips missing out of it. The wall also had dents and markings. It was a nightmare. Nothing like the photos. We asked to moved to another room and that room smelled of sewage. I did not even take photos of the fold out beds burn holes in it. The staff was nice, however I feel we should have been reimbursed due to not being provided an adequate room. I will never stay at a Ramada again.

It was close to a lot of things.

Room was not a suite they just put a wall up in the room and called it a suite so they can charge more. Cracks in the walls. Wallpaper peeling off. Very run down. Then we were staying for 5 days of course no maid service fine. They want 24 hours notice to get u anything u give it to them and they still dont do it. Until that next night there was a very nice person at the front desk that delivered the coffee/towels that I asked for. It would just be nice if knowing u r there for 5 days maybe they would ask once hey dont u need anything want your trash emptied etc. but no. U have to fend for yourself.

The best for me was the additional room with the bunk bed . My 7 year old son loved it ! We brought his PlayStation5 with us and the fact that he had his own room With his own tv made this experience a lot more relaxing and made my son very happy !

The only thing that I didnt enjoy was the room had a bad moldy smell like an old rag or something . They should really look into that . But a couple candles and some Febreeze helped us out with that

I liked the room, it was nice and spacious. The walls were very thin tho so we could heard everyone around us. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. Parking wasn't too full and the room was clean. It's in a good area as well.

The kitchen staff was really rude. The woman asked me for my breakfast meal ticket and acted like I was an idiot when I told her I didn't know what that was. She just said, "go to the front desk." After that it was fine. The kitchen staff just stared at us (and everyone around us) and we felt like they were judging us the entire time we made our plates and ate. The selections were limited and the only meat options our entire stay were sausage, the only waffle batter options were plain batter. But, there was still plenty to eat. I would say just get your food and eat in your own room if you don't want someone to stare at you while you eat lol.
